  4. I get both my UK state pension and a company pension paid into Wise with zero problems so far.I am also one of those mugs or honest ones depending on your moral compass who has told the DWP I live in Thailand.

This proposed change that started as a rumour has not even been remotely hinted at anywhere else but this forum,if anyone has a link to a UK media source please post it because if there is any truth to it thousands of lives British and foreign will be devastated.Although I think it is probably an unfounded rumour with this government anything is possible.
  8. Always found Jomtien helpful and efficient IF you are well prepared.I once overheard a falang in Soi 5 asking an IO for advice about a visa and when the IO asked to see his passport he replied it was at home!

Hi guys I started to receive my UK state pension in April 2022 all fine there but when combined with my work pension I am now over the income tax personal allowance for this current tax year.In due course i will fill in an annual UK tax return for 2022-23 declaring my full income as usual.My question is since I haven't paid any tax yet when will HRMC start deducting income tax from my work pension as I believe is the normal procedure?Thanks.

  22. 30 Days from the UK assuming you are there from your name is called visa exempt visa on arrival is something different and only for 15 days and not from the UK.I have heard of airlines asking for a vaccination cert. I would print one out in case you can't get it on your phone.
