It’s hard to imagine how ignorant one must be to refer to Trump as the Republican, new leader.

And for those old enough to remember, the same left that effectively called George W. Bush a draft-dodger for being in the Air National Guard rater than the “real” service, was suddenly calling stolen-valor Walz a 20 year war veteran. Then the leftist media attack Vance, a kid the joins the Marines (I think) out of high school during Iraq, because he was assigned to journalism or some such. The legacy media had zero credibility by the time the election rolled around. Vance-Gabbard 2028!

She picked Tim Walz. Had she not picked a hard-left buffoon, and instead picked an intelligent moderate that could speak and answer questions, she could have stayed in the Whitehouse, pretended she was running things and not had to campaign. Attacking Trump was stupid. Everyone is already throwing mud at the mud-monster, and the mud-monster keeps getting stronger, and just has more mud to throw back. Why join them? And I’m sorry, but she was an AG, a Senator, the VP for three years under a feeble old man and she has not developed any platform to run on? I do not think Harris is stupid, she comes from a pretty bright family, but I do believe she is lazy, and for that reason, I think she is ignorant.

How does the population increase with a1.66 birth rate? Why? I think voter turn-out is at about the highest in over 100 years? Since motor-voter I think the are a lot more disinterested, under/mis/dis informed people voting. If people and happy with the status quo, why is it important that they vote?

So the usual suspects that were talking about how great the economy was a few days ago, now seem to be talking about how the economy is on the verge of collapse under Trump. The same people that were saying the market only benefits the rich six years ago, were using market growth as an indicator of how great the economy was, and how stupid people that disagreed were. The same people who said the good parts of Trump’s economy was Obama’s, said that the bad parts of Biden’s economy were Trump’s, and that the good parts are Biden’s, will be now blaming Trump for everything bad, and praising Biden for everything good. The market saw a big jump when Trump won, not so much because Trump won, but because the market does not like uncertainty. It is worth noting that the Obama’s “official” position on the economy, was that hay-days were over, and that going forward, it would be a managed decline. A lot of people loved Obama. I did not vote for him, but I was happy when he was elected the first time, and disappointed the second. I have come to believe he is the most evil man in US recent political history.

I am retired and collecting social security today, and I would give mine up today to see the program eliminated in the long term. I do not think the public should be dependent on the government for money.

And the left hates the poorly educated. That’s why they voted against Harris. They know how she and the people she represents despises them. And they were smart to vote against her, and she was stupid to condescend to them. The left runs education in the US, and look at how poorly educated the public is, and note that it is only getting continuously worse. Pick up a high school text book from the ‘40s, and pick one up from today. Now think about school administrators running the country.

What do you think social security spending on expats might be? 2.8 million total. and how many of those ard collecting? Much more in SSI and Medicaid fraud than that. How much of SS is represented by actual benefits paid? 70m total collecting, $1.35T budget, that’s about $20k per person. I seem to recall the left being all for means testing for SS back (I think) when Obama was in office. Some deregulation in medical insurance and medical providers could save a bundle, as well.

I don’t know that she was a war hawk, but if she were, I think she would be a in-it-to-win-it type that think one of ours for 100 of their’s is too many.
