I, personally, agree with the Thai real estate policy. If they opened up for foreigners to buy into their real estate market prices would soar and almost every Thai person would be locked out of the market unable to compete with foreign investors. It would be an absolute sh!t show and they would be slaves within their own country.

Only one winner here. It took Trump and Putin 90 minutes of conspiring to come up with a plan to hurt Ukraine whilst giving the upper hand. Energy facilities are the best value targets in the way of oil refineries for Ukraine to put any pressure on Putin. This is a plot to ensure Ukraine has reduced bargaining power so Russia and the US can share in the spoils. Ukraine is an inconvenient impediment and this is a calculated attempt in removing it from the face of the planet.
