My mate is leaving today for Surin with his characteristically different looking family.

How about smoking in movies? I find that offensive dammit.

Don't waste a car, you could give it to me or name me a good price.
Begging never seems to work on an online forum but your efforts are hilariously appreciated.

This car crushing stunt seems very responsible and shows a strong leading by example, with regards to solving life's problems.
Hopefully she will do something via an exotic/shocking, video and post it for the almighty online popularity contest.

Makes perfect sense, the hotels will take anyone's money for a profit.
With regards to the online complaining from Western tourists vs the Chinese; perhaps those sites are blocked in the black hole of Chinese censorship?

When you are never wrong and know everything, there is no reason to use a map apparently.

I'm working on the Friday.
Madam will go and see her mum on Sunday. I will remain home and pet-sit (I really don't want to see my 95++ MiL with no top again, she's a lovely old bear but ...).
Local temple on Monday for gentle wetting of/by monks followed by full on water fight with the locals.
My goodness, what a site that must have been. Similar to two tennis balls swinging from dress socks, I imagine. Now that I have stopped laughing at your post, back to sipping coffee.

Hope Grab taxi will help keep you dry this year and wishing you all the best.

Hit with 2kgs ice in the chest while on a motorbike
That was a very large amount of ice. Your not that German knob that drives around Pattaya with all those neon lights and music blasting from his motorcycle are you?
He's the only person I've heard of people wanting to throw large items at.

Hmm, backsliding? Are you sure that is what you meant? According to the Cambridge dictionary, backsliding means "to go back to doing something bad when you have been doing something good, especially to stop working hard or to fail to do something that you had agreed to do" I am not sure how backsliding applies here. Could you enlighten me?
It was in agreement with your post #64 after that person called you an idiot.
He was backsliding, cheers.

Suppose it depends on where you reside.
The level of activity and monkey business is obviously higher in certain areas but 3 days of water in the majority of the country is nothing.
I wonder if the bloke riding to his job interview got hired? Oh, here is to happier times for him. When life was carefree and water stayed in cups and small pools....

Well, in that case, I would add that your written English needs improvement. I see nowhere in your original post where you mention the unfortunate guy who burned his house and car then hanged himself. If that is the incident to which you referred, you really should have said something about it. However, I believe my post is spot-on for what you did say and may very well be pertinent to what happened to that unfortunate American.
It's called backsliding.

Hilarious.
The OP and his doormat colleagues may not care, just let them swing freely and make up a sad story.
You could exit with 10 to 100k in bad behavior pay.

If you are dumb enough to give some tart 100k you deserve everything you get. Tell her your broke and have AIDS, she'll be gone.
That may be what her last boyfriend told and gave her.

Use the tried and true method...
Enter the condo sobbing uncontrollably, "teerak, ATM card broken" (using your garbage Thinglish bar speak) then start eating cat food and of course, crap your pants.

I got a GF living with me and if it would end I would give her a reasonable time to get out.. help her find a place give her some money to start up again. (unless of course they have plenty of money already). I guess many guys here have little empathy treating people nice.
Of course when nice does not help other ways have to be tried but I would always start off nice. Paying for the first month of rent is a good way to get rid of someone and helping them on their feet.
Decency and common sense, being threatened by some bar girl numerous times and then rewarding her for her bad behavior with severance pay?
Some of us have a high opinion of Thai girls but a low opinion of the white knights that want to 'save' them and let them walk on them as a doorway rug.
I'm sure you understand.

Of course movies influence (youth especially), this is why smoking vs profanity would be worse as. an influence.
