Sorry , but I believe your post proves the point against you. 1. There are approximately 100,000 transgenders in the USA. 2. US population is about 330,000,000. 3. Transgender population is therefore about 0.03, call it 0.05 for argument sake. You state that rate of these murderers is 1.3 % of all shooters - so you are saying transgenders kill more per head count than other people. Therefore MTG has a very valid point.

I used to have a licence to do Hazard goods shipping - Days course and exam at Heathrow, job done. Losing a 12 million baht shipment for the cost of a days course (cheaper probably here) is crazy

Very simple. You make the company liable for any driver that flees the scene, the deaths of the people, any prison time and the compensation.

First time I came to Thailand, way back in 2001 I think, there was a big electric digital moving sign at the old airport 'Trafficking drugs carries the death penalty'. (or something) I liked it then, i like it now. Death penalty should always be used for large amounts - you think killing say 1,000 people with a batch of the latest Chinese/Mexican moving drugs should not result in death to the supplier ? I think most rational people can see the difference between a few ounces and a truck load of something.
