Kind of funny really, I am 165cm and about 72KG. Doctor says I need lose weight but if you saw me then you would say I didn't as I am quite 'fit' from exercise daily. The weight they want me to achieve I have only ever once reached in the last 10 years - which was when I had food poisoning and literally was on the bog 24/7 for 4 weeks running. I looked gaunt and everyone kept asking was I very ill with something. One Doc recently said lose weight, another when I was more said your fine due to body structure !

Amazing that common sense is now a recommendation
