Can somebody explain to me why the death of a fetus should matter, when abortion is pushed to be legalised ? If a woman 3 months pregnant has an abortion, should there ever be a charge for killing a 3 month fetus and not just an assault on the mother ? Either a fetus's life has value or it does not. Sensible debate please.

OK , fair enough, if it has to be dealt with by the military, then they should accept the military killed people and pay 50 million baht up the child in compensation from the military coffers. If not let the normal courts deal with it and give him 10 years plus confiscation of all his assets and half his wages for the next 25 years

Thus showing the benefits of owning your own UK residence (and renting it out) and travelling back once a year or so. I travel back once a year for an NHS consultant and check on my house, and pop into the bank and withdraw a few hundred quid, just to show my face at the bank and show in the UK. Only issue I ever had was the UK phone number, and them wanted to see me in the bank to update the number

Totally agree. the fine for any criminal, driving or public offence should always be based on income - but i guess the higher-ups in ALL countries know it would hit them hardest and do nothing about it
