The only possible way that they can refund the total ticket purchase would be either A. add a surcharge for buying a digital ticket in order to run the lottery, or B. Rely heavily on a vast number of people dying prior to 60 and not being able to cash it in ! If this goes through, expect discount vouchers on ciggies and alcohol to help with people dying before 60

Said this before, but the Thai educational system is NOT fit for purpose and is so inward looking that it sets Thais back in the world. My wife was a teacher, OK only a kindergarten one - but she went to school/university until about 25, so she is well educated by my standard (i left school at 16). BUT she had never heard of 9/11 , could not understand why there were British WWII graves in Thailand, never heard of Hitler, thought England was nearer to Thailand than Australia and still believes in ghosts in the woods ! All due to her education - or lack of !

Seems to me that we are all guests in Thailand, if someone comes to your house and does the same you kick them out. Need to start fining and deporting people. There is a great difference between being drunk and disruptive. In my life getting drunk made me want to sleep, not trash anywhere
