   Inside the hospital grounds ask directions to the "ganja clinic" or they might not know what you are talking about.

   Those of us in Chiang Mai remember when he took over the Immigration Office a while back and services improved immediately.

   Courtesy and efficiency reached new heights.

   When he left it didn't take long for things to revert to the way they were before.

From your description it sounds like more than just a taxi driver is needed.

A caregiver who will also make arrangements for transportation would be a good idea.
