I like many others don't understand the difference between non immigration O and non immigration OA. I entered on a 30 day tourist visa in 2014 and went to Bangkok Immigration and converted to a non immigration O based on retirement and since then doing an annual extension of stay. What is the difference between O and OA.
Same as me. I entered in 2011 with Visa on Arrival (30-day stamp). Then, knowing little about the process, I went to immigration to get a Retirement visa. They extended the VOA to 90 days and proceeded to issue a visa based on Retirement. I've been renewing yearly since then.
Looking in the passport the Visa page only states "RETIREMENT"
and the multiple re-entry permit shows "NON-IMM" under Category. So I don't understand what I'm missing.

This is young Boiga Cyanea also known as "Green Cat Snake".Juveniles are orange to red in colour, but will change into brown and then green after a year or so. And unless you stick your finger inside it's mouth, this snake is harmless.
You appear to know your snakes. Would this be one (Boiga Cyanea) also? Found on a tree branch in the backyard just above my head where I like to sit and read.
About 60cm in length, 1.5cm diameter, green on top and light green/yellow underneath.

That's what I paid 2 years ago and I could only hold 1000L. Still not too bad at 0.15/L.

From Chalong going up hill the surface is bad, really bad, and has been like that for years and years. But coming from Kata the surface is good to reasonably good, and really can't be an excuse.Nothing will be done to stop the carnage. I'm surprised the bus operator isn't there now spray painting the company logo with black paint to avoid bad publicity. I use that stretch of road everyday and the surface is bumpy and breaking up from the heavy vehicles.
How many must die before change is implemented?
That is correct. But, going towards Chalong, one sharp turn going down at a steep angle. Short of fixing those roads, what is required are certified drivers and regular inspection of heavy vehicles and busses. That needs a major clean-up. There are quite a few crazy drivers (small vans included) and bad busses.
Feel sorry for the tourists and their close ones. RIP.

Many fallangs have used Sam Fauma 0818915371
I Second that,
Have worked with Sam in the past and continue to. I would not go with recommendations from RE agents.

I’m no expert and may be not the problem you have.
Had a problem with some little worm that was boring into the rattan furniture. Could see a little bit of wood dust on the floor and if taking a careful look at the furniture small pinholes (0.5mm) here and there. I did not want to spray insecticide so I waited for a hot sunny day and laid down the infested side on a hot dark ceramic patio. Worked just fine. I supposed they are still in there but certainly cooked! But looks like yours may be a larger insect.
As for the little cocoons on walls and ceilings, if they are 5 to 10mm long, pumpkin seed shaped, white, greyish or otherwise spotted then they probably are Casemaking Moth or Bagworm. They carry the little cocoon as they feed on animal matter such as hairs. When mature they find a spot on a wall or ceiling corner to pupate. A small moth emerges and lays a couple hundred of eggs. Best remedy is to regularly sweep/vacuum.

There is also one on Chao Fa East about 1km north of Chalong Circle on west side of the road.

A nice choice of leather living room furniture can be found near Central - I believe the name of the store is "Sofa" in Central East, 2nd floor across from Homeworks.

You do not say how close to the pool and whether it is completely in the shade, but if its at least 30cm away with a few rays of sunshine now and then I would try Malaysia grass (coarse with shooters, grows in the shade) and use a lawnmower with a bag.

I'm not going to try to guess what your reasons are but if you need one try: www.thaiprivateeye.com

Howrub, I had been in Thailand about two weeks when I did it. And yes, both were done simultaneously.

Pretty easy to do if you meet THB and age requirements. I entered Thailand on a tourist visa. Then went to immigration where the visa was converted to 90 days. Then a retirement visa was issued expiring almost 15 months later (90 days plus one year). Processed in the morning and available in the afternoon.
All I needed was an address, passport, letter from the bank, photocopies of the above and THB to pay for it all.
Hope I did not miss anything.

A Labrador is not a Guard dog. It is one of the nicest dog race
All dogs like to play. They bite smoothly when playing including the nicest ones. but the effect on a 9 day baby of a smooth bite is not the same than on an adult human. I have gotten Labradors and Golden Retrievers without any major issue since years.
From the dog what has happened was certainly unintentional. But it is to us humans, because we are supposed to be more intelligent, to manage the situations. As human, when you have pets, you have to understand then anticipate the behavior of your animals. It is our responsability as Masters.
If you cannot, better you have no pets.
That is correct. A Labrador is a very gentle dog. People are afraid of them because of size and looks. It is a retreiver,a good swimmer, loves kids and usually handles anything it picks up with care. I have owed a few (including some golden retreivers) and would not harm a mouse. As stated, a Labrador is not a guard dog; they are intelligent and used by the blind. I suppose it is possible that the dog has harmed with no intent or some other reason...or maybe it was not a Labrador that did this.
Bottom line, know your dog and never beat your dog. And if you do have a guard dog, ensure that it will not be near kids or people.
I feel for the family, Condolences

These figures would be more meaningful if given as a percentage of visiting tourists from Australia. This data may be hard to collect, if not impossible, but this is what it should be.

Quite correct Redroo.
Condolences to family and friends.
I'll leave this here for the experts

I'm no expert but just to confirm: You have a presumably good valve right at the pump inlet and a similar one at the outlet. And you still get air in the strainer whether both valves are open or closed.
What I find strange is that you mentioned how much teflon tape you should use at the inlet connection to the pump. You should have a good coupler there with a good rubber gasket, positioned correctly at that coupler. Make sure all is clean, no nicks and No teflon needed.
