Raja Ferry’s are a total embarrassment to the tourists who come to visit the islands in the gulf of Thailand. The run down ships spew massive dark black clouds of exhaust extending for hundreds of meters day in and day out. Sitting on my beach house balcony in Koh Phangan I have watched countless sunset spoiling Raja Ferrys.  Take some corporate responsibility and drain the tanks on each ship, sink the fleet, create some dive sites and structure for fish and buy some decent ships!

Yes it’s been full for the last 2+ months. The island is on fire at the moment and prices have jumped fast.  I have heard multiple stories of people showing to to resorts prepaid from booking.com and being told no room and I know multiple people who have given up looking and moved to Samui. Spend time looking before you come and don’t expect any discounts.

I just went to the Sunday match in Chicago. It’s well worth 800 baht. It’s entertaining for sure and you get real close to the players . I think the players are a tad thrown by the techno music playing during a lot of their shots but for what they are getting paid they should be navigating around land mines.I am definitely doing a day in Bkk
