    You really want to get rid of the Yobbo tourists? Make it a 30 day booze ban. That will send them running off. Probably eliminate a bunch of AN posters, too. Or, set up a fenced in area with 24 hour guards-kinda like a prison exercise yard-where people can drink to their hearts content. Only thing is, you can't leave until you sober up.

    Haven't smoked any good hash in forty or fifty years. Maybe I need to go to kho pangan. I once smuggled an ounce of Lebanese red hash into the US. Bought it in Paris for $10 and mailed it back to L.A wrapped up in some dirty clothes. It made it through. The US was pretty dry in that summer of 69 due to Nixon's operation intercept policy. I was a pretty popular guy when that hash arrived right after I did.

    Forget the Chinese. If the Indians stop coming, Pattaya's in real trouble. These guys (and they are all single guys) are keeping the sex and massage business afloat. You ever see full baht busses pulling up to a soapie loaded with Indian guys?

    You gotta look 6 ways in Thailand before crossing a street and never take anything for granted like motorists will stop for pedestrians. Keep a sharp lookout at all times.

    I remember the infamous Hitler Chicken incident in Thailand about 10 years ago. Thai people couldn't see what the fuss was about. But, bring muslims into the picture and then its a whole different deal.

    Baht is still way too strong. Chinese aren't coming so, if you want Westerners, better get it back to 36-38 to the dollar and similar for the Pound and Euro.

    Same thing happened to me. I got rejected for my first try after re-entering Thailand. Had to go in person. Odd thing is that it used to work no problem for first time back in. Are they tightening up?
