these immigrant people must be really desperate to think that thailand is a land of hope, and try with a fake marriage to do something here.

another nonsense is that with the status of married with a thai wife you get a non immigrant visa....well.... when is the thai government going to accept and realise that a husband living with his wife in one country long term, if it is not his country then he become an immigrant or his wife become an immigrant if she goes to his country...as simple as that!

this label of non immigrant doesnt reflect the reality of many people living in thailand,..... or write it in thai where fast nobody understand, but not in english, it is an insult to our intelligence

to finish i would recomand that you learn the thai language asap to get accepted and understood by the family and the neiboured too, because thais live in a comunity, it is important that you get to know each other..(but dont be stupid to buy alcool to everyone, or pay for everything! )...you will never be 100% part of them but at least in case of problems people will make opinion, respect you and that could help you one day.

in my issan village they are very primitive and because of these few things i explained i avoid a few bad situations.and here even if some dont like me, they do respect me, because i never gave them the chance to speak badly from me, because i never ever act like stupid...!

in my opinion, people should not go abroad for asylum, never,... they should fight in their own country for their own right to be recognized...it is not going to the house of the neibourg that their problem will be resolved...!and when they do it masivly one or various nation has even more problem to absorb them for many good reasons, political, religion, language etc etc ...!but the worse thing is that the world do have economical or politic relation ship with government who create all those human desaster, and that is very criticable, also with the new globalisation system, governments should really start to make things the ethics way more than the economic way, because slowly but surely we are ruining our planet one way or another.

now tsunamis and huracans are not only from the weather we alterate, but we create exodus of people from many different places because of our stupid politic.

The euros don,t come here for culture. They come here for two reasons. Can you guess what ? And yes Vietnam is far better for culture. Thailand has the idea cover every square inch with Euros , girly bars, foreign restaurants and resorts. Zero charm and no American or Canadian with any brain cells left, that is not already married to a Thai would think of staying or visiting here. i did not move to Thailand twenty years ago to be around millions of very questionable Euros granted not all are bad but i think the majority of Thais have had enough of the Euros, Russians and the middle east types.

this is the kind of person i would never help, too stupid to be dead drunk like this lying on the floor.

i have a resort and i meet many crasy people.....sometimes i understand why thais , when they see farangs with these stupid attitudes. so many times, think we are all the same.i mean this way of being is not acceptable, at least for me.

the government is in part responsable of this death because if the thais laws for foreigners was adapted to the circumstances, lots of disgrace like this will not happen.

Often guys get ripped off by Thai females, this is in part because we can't own land and want to have a house. If the government really wanted to help foreigners (they dont) they would allow us to own land up to a 2 rai or so. This would make it easier to keep possessions in our name.

1)i dont think this guy is a landlord of anything because he is a farang, if it is not an appartment with 49% farang /51% thais. the chanot his not on his name for sure, so he can not make any contract signed by himself.

2)only pay by bank money transfer, so there is traces..never in cash!

3)if you pay water and electricity yourself then you can prouve also you are here because the owner let in and that you are renting the house, also neibours can testify.

4)to kick you out even if you dont pay for edges he needs to go to court first and then the court after a negociation with both parts will decide what to do according to the circumstances....it cost money, lawyer etc etc and it is very, very slow in case you go for a judgement...! and you ...you just wait being in his house for free.

5)end to finish if you want to make him really mad, just dont pay anymore, stay where you are, change the locks, and call the police when he show his face.
