  1. after the 2nd world wars.... some intelectuel people, predict, said that the next wars in the future will be religion wars...and it unfortunetly today looks like it, all over the planet.

the integrisme, the jihadism principally with all those fanatics are going to make us mad.

like carl marx said: religion is the opium of the people.

to stop this we have to scheck what all these human crasy preachers, in their privat "sacred" temple says to the mass and we will have to make responsible all government or privat people who permit that kind of death propaganda.

we also have to educate our children at school and to explain the religions in general to make them understand them to avoid some stupid use that for their criminal ideas.

    Bit late me thinks!!

nothing is too late ...many governments allready knows that they have to put the tools to make it possible....against terrorism who is a very special thing, you rarely see the oponent so the tactic has to be diferent, and education will surely help the society

  3. Yes it was justified.

IT STOPPED THE WAR against Japan.

    And SAVED MANY LIVES.

This is simply NOT true !!!

It's what your masters want you to believe ... still, it's not true !

    Yes it is true.

YOU may not want to believe it but it is still true.

of course it is true, after the bombing the japanese surender. thats history ............not hard to find and to understand the reason why.

you can not contest a fact!!! or are you in aburp.gifmood?

  4. i am totally against nuclear unless the one used in medecine but at that time, if the usa did not make and use that bomb first, hitler's ingeneeres for sure who where nearly to find the solution and to make it, would have use it at once against the rest of the world.

at that time it was a very strong military rush to domain the sky with new reactors air plane surches, new missile (better than the allready very destructive V1 AND V2) and the atomic bomb.

the humans can not be proud of that act but perhpas it has been better like this at that time, now it is diferent... only creazy governments want to keep those destructive wapons.coffee1.gif

  5. hi man....i am french too!

in france we da have a south with plenty coast where the wheather is very mild all year...next there is spain or italy also very hot...it will be good for your bones..burp.gif

2nd you are 27 years old....so just go to a thai ambassy and ask them if you want to stay legally here what kind of visa you need. but...i think you loose your time anyway....your extensions will last and you will have to go away...thats the reality...or find a company here who want to contract you, otherwise getting married but even like this it is not a solution....in thailand...here they want only 30 days rich tourist people or old fellows with a good pensions to spend here.

    thats all

my opinion....go somewhere else where they make it easier!

  7. i am not surprised as fast nobody or no one.... in villages or even towns has the cable earth, from any electric staff conected to where it belong....to the ground as it as to be done.even the cable size is mainly wrong every where....in my village because of bad electric instalation, in 5 years , 3 houses burned with everything inside included motorcycle etc etc..still they dont learn and keep doing the same stupid thing.....!

to them there is no money for good electric system but they have money for beer and rice alcool..

    thats the education they have.

  8. you see in thailand ....feeling and mistakes has a price and depending of your position ...then a diferent or higher price.

at the end many cries from that girl, many sorries, many talk and bla bla bla....but the deads are deads and the alive ones just go for the money ...like every where in the world and the bad one try not to pay.

with money there is no diference then beetween thainess and farangness.

it is just a world of interest!

as i am no able to change anything anyway.......i 'll have another beer burp.gif and forget about all of this poor stupid story that thai media tried to put on the top of the information because of her, when other many people, every day are still dying on the road, right now because of alcool abuse or do not respect the signals or just drive the crazy way they want without thinking in what they are doing on the road....again education is their failure here.

in france we used to say: dont ask a pear tree to give you apples!

    coffee1.gif

  9. revenge is a plate that you have to eat cold.....politic is money and many people loosed money with all these changes so they will be ready to act and try to controll again the system for their own profit as always.

this country is not prepared, very poor education, no intelectual, no ingeneeres, no books, no free press, no free media...etc etc etc ... i just hope for then they dont loose the tourism, cause then the huracan will face them right into their pocket.

  12. muslim (not only the thais)should start thinking that if others can eat pig then for sure they could also eat pig and there is no problem about it as long as the hygiene process is respected , same for the indians with cows etc etc .....religion is a mess and nothing adapted to our modern lifes.

education is also what make that happened.....people don't need mosquee, or churches....they need school to learn the real world where they are living in and not all those stupid and ignorant verses from the corant or whatever other conservative and old fashion religion.

sorry for all of them.....i will keep eat my beautifull cow steak.... rare please, my ham, pig pates or sausages etc etc....!they don't know what they are missing!

    coffee1.gif

  13. well they will not have to cut to hard in their budget has, for the same comparative product they are the most expensive supermarket in thailand... where

    i never buy.

macro is in ubon ratchathani for example the less expensive, then big c and to finish tesco lotus.

in bangkok..before when i was living there.....to me the best places where to buy are "C con square" near srinakarin wich is very good and hudge and then in nonthabury "the mall"

also the market in tao pun was for alive prawns and fish one of the cheapest and remarkable quality site.

  14. we are a lot here negative.......surprisingly i had a young thai customer this week in my resort...a 19 years old student, a hell of inteligence, talking in a perfect and fluent english and knowing about geography, history, science etc etc ....i mean an amazing fellow with modern ideas ...!

i told him....your father can be very proud of his son and honestly thailand need people like you, because here the nivel is so low...!

it took me 10 years to find such an interesting person....so much age diference... but otherwise absolutly nothing...i wish thailand could take care and keep that kind of people here for the benefit of their own country....there are so few!!

    coffee1.gif

  16. Not wishing to side track.....but next week I travel to Vientiane to obtain non imm O based on retirement.

The reason I did not convert my tourist visa to non imm was I had trouble showing money came from o/s.

From reading the posts above it would seem I will have same issue when I apply for one year extension . Is that the case. Any advice appreciated.

The post stating that proof of the funds coming from abroad is needed is not correct, It is not required to get the extension of stay,

exactly..!stop think to much and just do what thai immigration ask....it is very simple as you follow the rules

    coffee1.gif

  17. Do you mind telling which documents hua hin immigration is asking for?

800k locked in a thai bank account for 3 mounth is the key for retirment visa.

    intheclub.gif

That was actually not my question,I wanted to know which documents he need to provide to see the difference to immigration in Sriracha or another one

    all over thailand it is the same for this kind of visa;

    • Applicant must be 50 years of age or over
    • Must meet the financial requirements
      • Security deposit of THB 800,000 in a Thai Bank Account for 2 months prior to the visa application.
      • Monthly income or pension of at least THB 65,000. An affidavit from the foreign embassy or consulate has to be obtained as proof of the income.
      • Combination of the Thai bank account and yearly income with the total of 800,000 THB.

Supporting documents as proof of the security deposit in a Thai bank are as follows:

      • Updated bank book or passbook
      • Bank letter stating that the money had been deposited to the account from an oversea source for not less than 2 months.
      • it is called in thai "bank laplong"

    end of the story
