no you don't. actually, i don;t know anyone who needed to use an agent. it's not difficult.

That is the first and only answer I have heard as to why it is not available .   Probably never will be available --  it has been like this for many years.

I thought that you had to travel out of Thailand and then buy your duty free when you came back.   I am not traveling so I don't think I can buy from "Duty free"

I know this has been covered but it was14 years ago.   Maybe there is something new.    I don't understand why nobody but King Power sells Crown royal.

Is home delivery of alcohol legal in Thailand?     There are at least 2 companies in Bangkok who advertise home delivery of whisky.      Is this a scam?

There would be unrest but not to the point of revolution.   Lawsuits would start ant take years in court.  By the time the court finished with it it wouldn't matter any more.

I read that there is now a blood test which works pretty good.
