Is home delivery of alcohol legal in Thailand?     There are at least 2 companies in Bangkok who advertise home delivery of whisky.      Is this a scam?

There would be unrest but not to the point of revolution.   Lawsuits would start ant take years in court.  By the time the court finished with it it wouldn't matter any more.

I read that there is now a blood test which works pretty good.

I have been doing my 90 day report by mail for several years and never had a problem until now.  This time I mailed my papers in 14 days before my 90 day report was due and now 30 days after “Due date” I have no letter back from Immigration.          So I go to immigration with my receipt from the post office which shows I mailed Jomtien Immigration an EMS letter.     The lady at the 90 day counter takes my passport and the receipt from the post office and goes into the main building  ---  comes back in a few minutes, gives me back my passport and tells me everything is “OK”.   The 90 day notification in my passport has not been replaced with a new one but it now has the date crossed out and a new date written across the top.    The new date is 80 days after the original report date ?     I will not try to do the next 90 day report by mail but I can see problems with this.    Anybody who is late could cross out the date and write in a new date.   I doubt that they will remember 6 weeks from now when I go for my next report,  that they are the people who crossed out the first date and wrote in a new date.  What should I do?

I returned an item which I had paid for COD  to _________.   It was refunded into my "Wallet"   only problem is I never had a wallet with them    they  created the wallet for me .   So I try to "Activate" the wallet and I am told that a Falong can not have a wallet.

Changing oil in a diesel engine has little effect on the pollution created by that engine.    Changing the air filter will most of the time solve the problem of excessive black smoke.

If it is a joint account can the surviving person access the account.     I ask this at my bank and the answer was "Come in and transfer the money as quick as you can"  which tell me that if the bank knows one of the account holders has died the account will be locked until a court rules on it.

Would a "Call Forwarding"  account work?

I have been doing my 90 day report through the mail for over a year now and the letter has always come back to me in a week or less.  This time it has been two weeks and no letter.   How long should I wait before going to immigration?   I have the EMS  receipt and tracking shows that my letter was delivered.
