Just buy one of those tyre pressure gauges at you local auto store the ones about 6 inches long and look like a pen , I always keep one in my  glove box , also always check your tyre when they a cold; those gauges at the gas stations are not that accurate if they have been dropped and un calibrated. Fill you tyre then use the gauge to check against the gas station gauge.

You could install a couple of those wind out umbrellas or awnings in green and some palm or big leaf shrubs on the side walls , you won’t be spending the hot season up there, it will just look like a rooftop garden , then add the wooden section bit by bit over time. Nothing really they can do, just play the long game.

They have no tourism here since the start of the pandemic, you think what tourists are left you would invite to stay until they can safely return home, they are spending money which is good for business that rely on tourists. Once there gone Pattaya and parts of BKK will be like ghost towns, what will the locals do then? Just require them to have medical insurance to stay until the pandemic is over. 

THey had to beat that Sep 26 deadline before the ‘Tourists had to leave the country.
