a worthy investment beneficial for Thailand, and hence giving you a more legitimate reason to be treated favorably, would eg include creating jobs for Thai people.

confused. why in the first place travel alone to your "own" country, and leave Thai family and child alone? if traveling and staying alone wasnt a probpem before, pls dont let it suddenly be a problem or blame the Thai governement.

Anyway, before this recently introduced two tier system for medical care, the medical services were not overwhelmed nor were there other issues.

Besides Americans flying to Thailand in large groups to take advantage of affordable medical care, what about  foreigners living here?  A farang i know did bring his Thai son to a hospital and was billed the expensive farang  price. That is deeply injust, towards Thai families who happen to have one farang family member. 

I dont know other countries with a two tier system for medical care, Different price charging for people who have a long stay visa is simply very wrong.

i can live with a two tier pricing system for National Parks but the recent new two tier system for medical care is deeply disturbing and offensive and injust and a lot of other things.

no new cases for 37 days so that means that the people making the decisions must have been doing something good.

since their old decisions (that were equally trashed and ridiculed by many farang) did bring such a great result, it would make sense to start trusing and supporting the new rules of these same people.

He didnt and most likely wont go to jail, which is unfair and i dont agree with that, but who am i? Seems like everybody involved the police and the victims family and the Red Bull family, have made a deal satisfactory for all parties and obviously decided to let it go. So like it or not, although he didnt go to jail, he and his family must have paid a huge price for it, so case closed. 

Its not uncommon in some cultures the possibility to pay the victim or his family to avoid jail time. 

a deadly virus ravaging the country, a weak leader who cant deal with it, an extremely divided  population, both equally dumb as dumb comes, race riots, and now PC madnes that wont stop until it stops, and a weak leader who cant do nuttin' except twitter screaming against protesters, and be buddies with a country that secretly pays for killing usa soldiers.

not allowing medical tourists, makes sense. Its non essential tourists who have a higher risk of carrying covid, and who go to places in Thailand where covid can cause the most damage, in Thai hospitals.

Sssssssure, a Thai doctor working in a Hospital is just dumb and ignorant and "too rich" to realise the problems about his fellow Thai citizens. You on the other hand, are the current expert and finely tuned in with the citizens of your beloved new home country.
