I should have been more thorough in my original post but I hoped everyone would understand that a passenger has a much better chance of helping to protect the cockpit if seated in Business Class than if seated near the tsil of the aircraft.

I fly business also trans pacific and if they have the single seated flat beds and a galley & first class cabin in front you will not see what happen at the cockpit door.

maybe on short flights with a 737 or A320 with regular business class seats you may see what's going on.

This is a taste of what the US will end up with after November election when Trump win, They have the same language but Trump will go after both drug lords and illegal immigrants. They will be best pals except on the issue with the illegal Filipinos in US when Trump deport them.

You have the same problem in some condo buildings in Pattaya but there it's not the Chinese it's russian families that rent a condo for 6-10 people and party whole night. 

Nothing you can do there either just have to live with it, just feel bad for the renters since it comes with a high repair cost after each group leaves.

In most countries it's legal to record noice of others that you hear in your house and your property as long as y out don't invade their space to record. The only restriction is phone conversations that's not approved by both parties except in no fault states where only one party "you" have to agree and you don't have to tell the other party you record. New York State is one of them

Yes you have many old angry farts here. The section I sat in at the beach had 10-12 oldies 8 years back, now it's 1 oldie and some new. every time I come back they decrease I asked 1 massage guy I know if they had died and he laughed and said no they fighting so they moved. When I looked closer into it they were all bitter angry and had so different opinions that they had to move away one after one. I still see them but at different sections and they are still bitching about nothing. Same at the bars, luckily there is still bars enough so they can sit and complain at separate places.

must be the water or air here in Pattaya that make older men kranky and bitter. It's a shame they were once friends and I think when you live here far from family you need a good friend. But they fight about nothing. Same in the condo building I live there is a couple and the lady complain to all tenants about everything from keeping the door open to cooking. She have nothing else to do. The other day we had breakfast on the balcony 6:30 in morning as every day and the door was open for draft. She stormed in and started to complain it was shoes in the hallway, but the shoes belonged to next condo. They love to be bitter and miserable.

Have visit Pattaya frequent for 20+ years and still enjoy it. You have thieves, pickpocketers all over the world. I travelled the world for a living and visited places like India and Brasil where I was scared to walk the streets even small places in east Afrika that are worse.

As a traveler/tourist you don't walk around night time visit bars with expensive chains or expensive bags. Keep your money in a safe place or 2 on your body and don't flash money around if u buy something. If u go to a bar u take enough to cover your bin and have an extra 1000 or 2 stacked away in case. I usually give the money we think we will spend to my partner and he pays and I have some extra incase. Regarding the real rats if they bother u please don't walk the streets in NY early morning, there you have them running u down. Here I hardly see rats.

I come 3 times a year and usually do single entry visa and extend here if I need. The embassy in NY told me to do a METV Visa instead. He said that with 2 many single entry visas if not done in home country could affect me negatively when I enter the Kingdom. He said they have started to monitor visa run and single visas done in neighbor countries. It's a little bit more expensive with the METV compare to 3 single entry. The only thing that was strange was that he said that I could enter as much I want until the enter before date. I thought it was good for 6 month from date you enter and you can do a last enter days before that date to get a few extra months.

i got mine August 3/16 and enter before date is August2/17

So if you overstay under 90 day and make it to immigration by your self it's only a fine, 

It's a both good and bad thing, for other Asian citizens it could be a security that friends and human rights lawyers can see that they are arrested and may be able to help. For westerner that probably have someone close that know they been arrested it may be a good thing not to be put on display, it's kind of a monkey show. You are so right about this, the infamous Klan will be introduced to the American people if he wins, the other thing is the border fence it will work from Arizona and west except where they have tunnels. Also in Texas it will be difficult to build it since the border are in the middle of the river unless he take away the river rights from the Texas population and I don't think that will be popular. Don't believe he can invade Mexico and build the fence there. Another thing wit this discussion about illegal workers the whole restaurant business in New York is built up by these guys they either work off the books or buy a faked SS and Green card based upon some dead California or Florida person. This is a big business in New York and I'm sure some of the Mexicans in Trumps hotel and the private restaurants that are run there have this kind of dishwasher and prep/line cooks. One big part of the us population will not do this kind of work for the wages that are paid today and you can't blame the low wages on illegal immigrants. They just want to work and pay taxes and they also do so to high procentage but on a different persons actual SS number. It take IRS 3-5 years to figure this out and at that time this person just quit and come back with another faked document. Unfortunately this is how the system works.

This have always been a problem here in Thailand and then people wonder why the visa laws are changing and immigration do crack down. Look at all the russian real estate agents, tour agents etc in jomtien. A few days ago I passed a restaurant in jomtien that had a poster that the owner did consult work for restaurants. Pretty sure it's not a legit business. Try this in other countries.

Yes the border region in Mexico is dangerous not because of the Mexican people living there  but the mexican drugcartell that operate in the border strip. They try to recruit younger males from families that live there and use them as drug mules in to US if they refuse the cartel kill the whole family.

welcome to the world gentlemen. I rather walk down the new beach walk either side but prefer the beach side since it have been fixed then walking 5 blocks in Manhattan. Unfortunately here in Thailand we will find more prostitutes then in the west except Amsterdam and some German cities but honestly isn't it what 50% of western tourist are exited about, we that have partners already wonder where we found them and what they made a living of before us?
