Props Scott. I lived with a ladyboy for over 3 years together in bangkok and it was the best relationship i ever had. Forget about the naysayers, its a waste of time.
You are living the dream! I am half your age (i guess), but i'll try to come by this week and have a drink or two
Some directions to your bar would be nice

I know about fairtex and those other big names but i am looking for a small, mostly thai operated muay thai gym. I don't fancy training with a lot of farangs and would prefer some small outdoor gym with 1-2 instructors.
Any recommendations?

Need a 2-3 bedroom in of these buildings for 1-2 months as soon as possible.
Similar condos are welcome as well. Sea view is a must.

Have you run out of money?
Haha, no but i am looking for something more sustainable.

Is there anything like that? There is TF, DIA and some others but they are mostly frequented by thai or asian girls.
Is there any site to meeting expat (girls) living in thailand?

To draw the line even further, there are multiple types of ladyboys.
You have the usual pre-op and post-op, then you have the kind that works the bars or the streets.
The 'working' ones probably stand out the most and tarnish the image of the regular ladyboys.
If you frequent normal nightclubs (not the ones on lower sukhumvit), or meet some in your office your perspective of ladyboys might shift.
I have met all kinds of them and its not as simple as "one size fits all" - you can't put them in the same group.
A bargirl from isaan is not the same as (course thaivisa loves this term) a hiso thai/chinese thai girl who's family owns a fabric. You simply cant compare those kinds.

Part time? Once it pops out he is the full time ATM for the girl. Sadly or luckily (how ever you want to see it) thailand has very relaxed laws when it comes to pay for the kid.. involves a lot of huzzle and buzzle..
Fingers crossed it all works out like you want it to! If you want the kid, take responsibility - if not, take action before it is too late.

Who really cares if you are gay or straight. There are tons of people that have wives, girlfriends but smoke a ladyboy pipe once in a while or have a rectal inspection done. Nothing to be ashamed off as long as you are contempt and happy with yourself.
Ladyboys usually cater to straight guys. They look like women, they feel like women but they pack a little extra between their legs. So whats the big deal? You just enjoy the company of ladyboys. Nothing wrong with it.
Just dont tell your bosses and co-workers about it.. Some people might put you in a category you dont want to be in.

Just to clarify as there have been a number of incorrect statements in this thread, and forum rules do not permit discussion of illegal activities:
Abortion is NOT totally illegal in Thailand but neither is it available on demand. There are specific medical grounds on which abortion may be legally performed and one of these is for the woman's mental health. It is customary for more than 1 doctor to sign off on the need for an abortion, and doctors differ enormously in their judgement/willingness to certify a need for abortion especially on the mental health grounds which of course is the broadest category.
So neither the case that it must be done illegally (in which case we could not allow it to be discussed in the forum) nor the case that one can just walk into a hospital and on demand get it done on mental health grounds.
As far as i remember it abortion is only legal if the baby is the result of rape or things like that. You can just walk in a clinic and tell them you are not ready for the kid. The big name hospitals wont help much.
If you got to smaller clinics they will advice you what to do and offer any help they can...
-
To the thread starter.. i was in almost the same position as you are. It was a nightmare to say the least..
Take her to cabbages and condoms, they have a clinic to check on pregnancy / abortions etc. It was free if i remember correctly or just a minor fee or donation.
(discussion of illegal activity remioved by moderator)Not a pleasant experience... devastating to say the least.
Call yourself lucky if your girl agrees to the abortion. Once her family and friends get involved you will have a whole sh!tstorm raining down on you..
Good luck!

Is there anything that compares to northpoint? Maybe in the same area? I see a lot of rooms available at nova mirage but i never saw the place in person.

Wong Amat is nice but is there another area like that with newer condo developments? Just want a quite area with a 'luxury' condo with ocean view. Don't really mind driving 20mins into downtown to central.

What is considered a good area in and around pattaya?
I have always been a fan of wong amat but it's getting busier by the day there. Is there any other small strip of land around the pattaya area with nice condos, less tourists, less nightlife but not too far from WS? 10-20 minute motorcycle ride is still good enough for me.
Just looking for a nice condo with ocean view and being away from all the hustle and bustle that goes on in downtown.

Any advice on where to rent? 10-20k/month range please.
Doesn't have to be anything special, just want a small room, a balcony and sea view.
Thanks

Is it that cold in CM now?

A young man is missing? Well the chances that bangkok has him are 90%. Young man meets nice Asian girl, does not want to tell mum and dad and disappears for a few months.
He wouldn't be the first.. but lets hope its really just that and nothing serious.
Must be quite the nightmare for the parents now..

There is one in MBK.

So i am planning to go to pattaya for a few months and i fancy a little ocean view studio room with a small kitchen so i can cook some food on my own. It should be somewhat central but if Pattaya or Jomtien doesn't really matter, i would prefer walking distance to some restaurants and shops. View Talay 6 looks good but its hard to get room with ocean view there at the moment.
A good gym should be near as well as a decent muay thai gym.
Any recommendations?
I might be willing to sign a 3 month lease if the price is right but i am looking for something below 20k/month.

Hey,
The last time i drove a proper bike with manual shifting was about 15 years ago.
I am thinking about purchasing a CBR400 or something along those lines but i would really love to do a crash course in shifting to refresh my memory.
Basically just a test track where i can rent a bike for 1-2 hours and drive around some closed circuit.
I dont want to put myself and others in danger when i purchase a new bike and have no clue how to drive it.
Is there anything like that in central bangkok?

Same experience - instead of getting it translated i did the whole test. 4 hours of dvd, 2 minutes of driving and 5 minutes for the exam. Took 2 days to get it all done.
