Ask for the bin to be put in front of you then you can have proof of what you've had. Places l go to update the bin evèy order and put in a plastic mug on the bar beside me. I have had similar problems as yourself but after 28 years here I'm a lot wiser

You are correct mate, it's also a matter of principle. Keep at them and threaten them with court action if they don't refund your money.

Going back to the UK in March for 6 months. My license is due for renewal in June. Q, How soon can l renew my license? I would like to renew before l go.
