1 million baht per person per bank is covered according to the thailawforum. Not the 15mil someone posted earlier.
I am prepared to be enlightened if there are other ways of protecting the full amount apart from splitting it over 3 banks.
Unfortunately great click bait with little solid info.

Don't forget the number of witnesses to prove rape in the first place.

A nice dollop of yoghurt and chilli sauce.
Miss that artery clogging drunk night out food?

Why should companies provide their infrastructure for free? Someone has to pay for maintenance. Just because you put 50 baht doesn't mean it should last forever.

Render the ICC judges and hangers on. Chuck them on the front line in their wigs and gowns. Give them their law books. Tell them to start capturing some terrorists or if they retreat shoot them for cowardice in the face of the enemy.
My tuppence.

Agree with Generalchaos.
Many people don't know the laws because it's not something they come into contact with. Even our local chief copper didn't believe me until I showed him the relevant references. His attitude was most foreigners don't cause trouble and I don't care what immigration rules are.

I would guess 53 not 35. ?
Young lovers - not exactly.
Unstable bodyguards, mmm, now where else could/do we see that.

Adapt and improvise. Good on them.

Fortunately for many posters on here hypocrisy is not a crime.
Most people do the easy stuff first then move on to harder jobs. Perhaps that's why they have started with some shacks and not a condo or bar development.
A long journey begins with a small step.

Perhaps they could hire you as a consultant. Works for a few people in Bangkok that I know.

The law is the law until it is changed or modified. What is illegal today may not have been in the past and may not be in the future. So all those carping about the law remember it can change and usually does under pressure.
Juries are often made of people who live in the real world not necessarily the ideal world of law makers.
Many a good/well intentioned law is abused and warped by agenda setters.

And the subsidiary that didn't do all the required maintenance. Someone should have paid the price for ruining a lot of livelihoods.

And another fine and well behaved country waiting to join the European dream. Wonderful.

Doesn't seem to be much planning going on.

Good question maibork but I don't think you're allowed to link to the BP.
Strange situation with the fight itself. It appears once the Thais saw that they were outnumbered and going to get no joy they ran away. Sensible for those who did.

So the 10 million death one was not a wartime decision. What kind of decision was it?
From reading some background on the British East India Company it was a financial decision made by businessmen.

The Bengali Famine that killed 10 million 1770 was that during what war?
No I was thinking of the one in 1943 that resulted in around 3 million deaths.

Lots of Grauniad readers posting today with their distortion of history especially the dumbing down of the slave trade. Haters gonna hate as the saying goes.
Made my way around the world owing to the former Empire legacies and feel absolutely no guilt about it.
Whilst the famine in Ireland was terrible the average British citizen knew sweet f all about it.
The Indian famine being just as awful was a wartime decision. If it made a difference in getting rid of Hitler then I would hope history judges it more kindly than a blind hatred of those not white and therefore non deserving of life.
Some great comments in this thread. Long may it continue.

It's not really the thread for anyone to rush in and say "I saw something and did nothing."
I am guessing that many people who have frequented Nana, Cowboy, Rachada and Huay Kwang have looked twice at some of the denizens and moved on about their business.

Thanks for the info. As I posted it was in the Thai Law Forum. Can't get the DPA page to load but the graphic is clear enough.
