hi im looking to buy a machine for exercising at home,i want a bike type machine but with handles on and id like some advise on where to buy it,im not a young man and id like to just do gentle exercise,if you can give me any tips id be very grateful thanks in advance. or if you got one and dont use it anymore id be very interested

i had a bad accident on 12th february and broke my wrist, on this tuesday i got back on the bikeand did 40 klms yesterday i managed 45 klms but i seem to have lost my nerve and its made me very nervous im 74 years old and im thinking about changing my road bike for one with wider tyres so i can ride closer to the verge,before the accident i was'nt scared at all and reguarly did 120 klms 5 days a week now i just dont feel safe.

i agree about the greed,i first came to pattaya 28 years ago and i did'nt find them as grasping a,, .,s nowadays but most of the girls came from rayong province not issan like now also i think the family urge them on to get more money and possessions from falangs

if i use pension plus cash for a retirement visa does the cash have to be in the bank for 3 months or can you pay it in anytime before application? thanks in advance for any helpful replies.

i used mazda pattaya for a service on my bt 50,it needed 2 or 3 small bits and they had'nt got any of them in stock,they dont seem to carry a great lot of spares at least thats my experience.

in a couple of months time i will need a letter from the british embassy to show to immigration for my i year visa,can anyone tell me how long it takes if i use one of the visa shop as i dont want to go to bangkok personally also how much will it cost approximately.thank you in advance for any helpful advice.

i got knocked off my bike by a moterbike about 3 months ago sustaining a broken wrist,it still hurts a bit and i dont have any strength in it yet so cant ride yet for maybe another month,the driver stopped and helped me up then got on his bike and rode away but a man who lived nearby came and took me to the hospital and then brought me and my bike back to pattaya.(i paid him for his trouble) so there are some good samaritans about.

i dont live in jomtien but in south pataya in yensabai condo, before i bought my condo i rented it for 6 months to see if i liked it.seemed a good idea at the time and i still think so as to me it makes sense,cos if you dont like you can always move.

friendship is a good place they have a lot of kinds but i dont know if they have that one.

im n the process of renovating my condo in yensabai condotel,new kitchen.all new furnture including bed and mattress.40 sqare meters with large balcony.swimming pool side it will be finish at the end of this month. 10,000 would be a good rate for me, pm me if interested.

ive recently acquired two marathons 700/25 for my road bike and i read on here that they are hard to fit on the wheel, my query is has anyone tried to fit them and did they have any problem doing so, iwould be thankful for any advice offerred.

im not trying to be funny but i just stick mine in the microwave and they taste fine.

i was a proffessional driver for more than 40 years (hgv class1) and i always think its easier and better to reverse in , its always harder to reverse out especially in supermarket car parks.

i asked my local bike shop (numchai in banglamung) if he could order some schwalb,,,my road bike and he said they were always out of stock when he tried. so if anyone knows where i can get some (700x23/25) i would be grateful to them ,thanks.

ive been in thailand since 1987 and id never heard of this guy until recently so i asked some of my aussie friends about him and they were'nt very complimentory about him, i dont know him but i dont like the look of him at all.

i always carry a little money, 2 spare tubes, pump, water,phone, it does'nt take a lot of room up and it can save you a lot of problems, the accessories are more personal taste and needs i wear padded shorts, tshirt, helmet, cycling shoes but without clips, but as i say its about your own personal needs and taste.

i bought a fiesta and i lost a lot of money when i sold it even though it was in very good condition, so i agree that fords are'nt a good buy in this country.

when i moved 20 months ago i reported it to immigration and was told to do so next 90 day report, dont think its changed in the meantime.

last nights storm did quiet a bit of damage outside yensabai condo it brought down a large tree at the entrance gate which in turn snapped about six concrete poles carrying power cables and they in turn damaged two cars and one motorbike.

can anyone tell me whats happenned to the pharmacy run by two ladies next to the pook bar, its closed down and i was wondering if its moved or closed for good, i used to buy slimming capsules there so perhap someone can reccomend another pharmacy that sell similar products. thanks in ad vance for any info.
