Im on the yearly marriage ext of stay. The docs are not so bad. I delegate one of my staff to do most of it. Its the same every year and quite quick process. Im now in the citizenship process which cost me 5000 baht. In a few yrs I will have a thai passport. You can have all the free massages you want. Im ok to pay 400 an hour. I dont play golf. Therefore I would never pay 6mill baht for a stamp and still be forced to go to immigration 4x a year.

Who in their right mind is going to pay that sort of money for a visa. Its so easy to get a retirement visa. Its like the guys who buy a condo in bkk or pattaya and realise what a mistake bc they change their mind 3 yrs later and want to go and live elsewhere. I cannot find the electrical forum anymore Basically I want to run wires along the poles (from the carport) and have a switch installed near the red x on the pole in the photo. We want our builders to lay a small slab of concrete (in the area where the green pipe is leaning against the bucket in the corner) and intend to put a few water tanks and a pump there From the pole to the pump will be 5m or more. The pump cord will obviously not reach that. So what is the solution? Options 1. dont put the switch at the red x. Instead run it down the pole and then along the wall closer. Put the switch on the side of the wall? 2. Install the switch on the pole at the red x and ask electrician to extend the length of the pump cord by 5m and run that underground to the pole. Cover that wire in plastic pipe? Which is best option? thanks

Listening to Trump and Vance trying to rattle Zelenski was hideous to the max for me. The way Trump was talking about WW3 etc. I could only think to myself that he is old and senile. Completely out of his depth. I thought Z did ok dealing with 2 of Russia's toughest negotiators. As for Vance, what a disgrace he is. His recent speech in Europe in front of the world leaders.... A complete joke. Do we have to put up with another 17 months of these 2 fools? What an international embarrassment.
