I think you have no experience of Thailand at all. We have a business with high level Thai professionals working for us on contract part time. I know for a fact that they do not report income and pay a very small amount of tax. They get away with this for years. In the first week of jan I give them the document of total income for the prior year. But I bet they dont report it. Talked with several of them and they dont care. I stand by my comment that the thai rev dept is hopeless govt department. Look at the thousands of vendors in markets who dont pay a dime of tax. Do you think the workers in 7 11 pay tax haha no way. The list goes on.

If Im travelling overseas does the KTB and/or UOB banking app on a thai phone work. For example if Im using the travel card issued by KTB and I want to top it up by transferring money from my KTB bank account to the travel card, can I do that overseas. Or if Im using my UOB (citibank) credit card and want to pay off the card using the app by transferring from my UOB bank account to the card.... does it work? I know these apps dont like the VPN. thanks

If you have ever done it online whats the url and do they have English option? Im not at all concerned about the new tax laws that we read about every week and will not abide by them. I think the Rev dept is incompetent and cannot even tax its own citizens let alone enforce new laws on farang. They will rely on 'honest' farang declaring such income as per the rules. If thats the same clinic in Soi 10 then you have made a good choice as long as the male boss is doing it. He is well respected in Thailand amongst the dental clans. He does training courses. Basically he is one of the top dentists in Thailand to do implants. I think theres a second branch in Pattaya on the 2nd road as well?

Many examples of how microplastics enter ones body Im now only drinking water from the glass clunky bottles 'crystal' and add rehydration salts to it. I will now not order grab the hot soup that they put in a plastic bag and deliver to me. Do you think about consuming microplastics in your daily life or not bothered by it?

I have adopted a few soi dogs. Currently just giving them a large bowl each of dry food. Is this enough? I had a dog last year and gave him half a tin of dog food and dry food. But I noticed he was putting on a lot of weight from the tin food. Is a bowl of dry food enough per day? thanks.

I get a 500 baht fine every month and have been paying them for years. Now after reading this article I dont know if I should pay it or not. Im in year 1 of applying for citizenship and suppose I dont want to risk my application being rejected. They do extensive checks on farang- many departments including thailands National Intellegency agency NIA. Criminal checks of course so it might be flagged if I have multiple unpaid bills. Its so stupid that a judge would rule the way he did. Should have been the opposite and make it 5000 baht fines and no renewals if unpaid. Everyone including me would slow down and less deaths. TIT

On saturdays I take my kid to a science tutor. The teacher lives in an old moobahn housing village. Her house is really old and small / run down. Inside the small gate are new looking BMW and a Merc. Very surprised to see this.
