  1. have you notice Thai TV still shows regular schedule shows and little news?

Last night while the city was in battle i flipped through the tv channels over the airwaves and not one had any coverage. Not one. I was amazed. They were showing soaps and talent shows (with an incredible lack of talent I might add).

Main ingredients to a democracy include participation and awareness.

I would think in any country the TV would have extensive coverage 24 hours a day if their capital suffered a civil conflict to this degree.

Its like when I ride my motorcycle and a bus runs through a red light almost killing everyone, and after it passes, all the drivers just go on their way like nothing happened.

Sometimes people here just seem so indifferent.

Live coverage helps reds see their hot points live and only draw more scum to the sites.

    Not a good idea.

The soaps and gameshows run through every coup.

    TiT.

  2. I just read why there is no large exit wound in S. D.'s head, the bullet exited through his neck which makes me think the angle is from pretty high up. I read earlier on this forum that the shot came from a hotel room.

You could look at it from the other end and say he was eliminated by small calibre bullet going from the neck up, shot from behind.

A loose cannon remains a loose cannon, whichever side it is on.

Sae Deng knew too much and had a big mouth, add that to the power struggles within the reds...

He was taken out of the picture by his own, the reds, not the army.

    Thaksin wants, Thaksin gets.

The foreign embassies closing down, Thaksin`s arrest abroad is imminent.

    Keep laughing... :)

  3. Taxis Close Down Wittiyu Intersection; Red Shirts Close 1 Lane of Thai-Belgium Bridge

    UPDATE : 14 May 2010

Reports indicate that red shirt taxis have taken over the Wittiyu Intersection as red shirt supporters close down the outbound lane of the Thai-Belgium Bridge on Rama 4 Road. As a result, traffic is very slow going.

There are also reports of moderate clashes between protesters and military personnel at the U Chu Liang building on Rama 4. No injuries reported.

How many taxis can one tank flatten on a single fuel tank?

  4. Why does there appear to be a shadow leading away from the thigh area of Thaksin when all the other shadows are leading towards Thaksin ?

The shadow on Thaksins shoulder is wrong too as it looks as if the sun or flash was on his right side according to this picture

for all you two-dimensional people , the shadows with wrong angle are from electric wires running horizontally overhead.

Enough nonsense please, Thaksin has already created enough himself.

  5. Looks to me like he's standing in the middle of a bike path and the lighter shadow lines in the middle of it are not shadows, maybe painted over yellow lines.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this picture except for the eyesore of a compulsive lying thief in the middle of it. :)

    *Note

electric wires hanging overhead make the fainter shadow lines. that don t follow others angles like the pole.

No more nonsense please, that pr!ck in the picture has created enough of it himself.

  6. The hostage taking really shows the improv league that are the reds and brings their cause to a new level of ridiculousness, faithful to themselves. Unfortunately, they can and will stoop even lower.

Some outside help should come soon.

It's been years but I'm still saying Thaksin will get arrested abroad in a shameful manner, handcuffed for all to see ( for his money laundering activities mainly) and the reds will be gone forever in shame, out of their zombie-like state.

He is a complete nuisance to both internal and international politics, trade.

I bet he can no longer get his favorite U.S. lobby firm Baker Botts involved. :)

  7. "Thaksin would like the red-shirts to use their own discretion whether they want to carry on fighting or end the protest," the opposition Puea Thai Party MP said.

    from Bangkok post website

Looks like Thaksin is washing his hands of any responsibility. Now it is the Reds own fault if they stay. That's the kind of leader he is.

    Coward The Great.

  8. Thaksin really has had a great test of time with his Kim Jong Il / North Korean kind of blind zombie-like followers.

I guess that an unlimited supply of criminally obtained funds and full police cooperation are still helping all this time later.

Everything the reds and shape-shifting predecessors have ever tried has failed in a miserable PTV-like manner. They'll never be able to pull anything honest and just, because there is not an ounce of honesty right from the start, still foolling themselves and each other on the eventual possibility of getting covered in riches, many already have, with stolen loot, by the great one for services rendered. There are just too many criminals and not enough honest thinkers in their ranks. They are painting themselves in a corner all over again this week-end. Political dodos.

The following pics is a good representation of the Thaksin movement.

    parasites along for the ride.

  9. Getting closer and closer to the "Papillon" storyline.

Next he'll be buying a boat from a leper colony in French Guyana. :)

Can't wait to see the humiliating finale when his droopy asian ass is arrested.

Nothing Bakker-Botts can fix for ya. :D

  10. They seek him here

    they seek him there

those PAD pupets seek him everywhere

    Is he in heaven

    or is he in hel_l

    That damned elusive Thaksin... kin'ell

Be a shame to catch him now as they may have to do something about he economy next!

The present economic problems are global, nothing the democrats or any other Thai party can fix or even dream influence.

The country is on the brink of civil war, that's where priorities are, getting rid of the criminal element and Thaksin zombies infesting parliament, the police and all levels of government and society.

  11. He is in another country, how can you have agents to swoop in? It's not a movie.

Besides, they might not be really using a phone - it's all broadcast from Chinese, not Thai satellite, how can you backtrace the signal without access to it? Can you backtrace signal from Thai satellites, for that matter?

Remember the french DST (Direction de la Surveillance du Territoire)

and "the jackal" or better known as Carlos - Ilich Ramírez Sánchez and Sudan?

It IS possible - but it takes some people with guts and a functioning

    state defense and justice system!

Any of the many countries involved with Interpol can surely swoop in on him.

He's obviously laundered huge amounts, seems he did all over the place too.

He's also gone international on his cowardly flight from justice, 7 arrest warrants, he shall then get the shameful international exposure he deserves all over the media when they stick handcuffs on him and arrest his sorry and stupid ass at some airport while his security team amd head zombies are asked to step aside.

Shouldn't be too long now, before he embarrasses too many more public figures he so desperately wants to be seen with.

He also has a bad tendency to hang around countries where hiring hitmen is as easy as in Thailand. :)

  12. Democrats: Thaksin behind Launch of 'Red Cable Channel'

A Democrat Party executive believes ousted Premier Thaksin Shinawatra is behind the establishment of the Democratic Alliance against Dictatorship's pro-government 'Red Cable Channel', with the objective being a media mouthpiece for the government.

Assistant to the Democrat secretary-general Thepthai Senpong commented that the 'Red Cable Channel' belonging to the Democratic Alliance against Dictatorship is likely to be supported by the government and possibly financed by ousted Premier Thaksin Shinawatra.

The 'Truth Today' program will probably be withdrawn from the NBT Channel and featured on the new cable channel to pit against ASTV of the anti-government People's Alliance for Democracy.

Thepthai said that the new cable channel is likely to broadcast mobile 'Truth Today' rallies from the provinces, with the highlight being a telephone address by Thaksin to rally support for himself and pressure the judicial system. This would reflect Thaksin's full involvement in the current political instability.

Whatever happened to PTV? At one time they had a large well salaried staff.

Of course Thaksin is behind this. He is behind all the PPP and their allies do. He wants his money and power back and will do anything to get them back. He hasnt spent a fortune on buying MPs and a whole government to give him constitutitonal ammendment or amnesty to give up now. It is probably a bit frustrating for him that things are so difficult but he wont stop trying.

:) PTV :D Was the P for Parasite? PTV vanished silently when the thugs made it into government under Samak and they used public funds like good little parasites in another station which I now forget, it had recently been renamed. TTV maybe?
