    1. He does not have to be a judge. 2. Trump is doing this to keep the swamp at bay. You have the Democrats placing these radical leftist judges in these positions and Trump is trying to off set this with someone who is not corrupt or radical. The Democrats have taken over the Judicial to rule against everything Trump wants.
