You may want to consider buying a shipping container (20 Ft., 40 Ft.) however many you need and converting it into a home, many have done it. I have also seen places in Bangkok that do this.

At least you know they are robust enough to be moved without falling apart, also easy to get a truck-trailer to move it.

Yes there does appear to be a lot of Banshee's in Thailand, food and drink usually brings them out in force.
