I would do exactly the same as my bank did with me to issue a credit card for myself. Just put a certain amount (e.g. 500K) on a bank account in the applicant's name and let the bank block it there. The money could be used to prove liquidity and as security for any illness/death if there is no insurance. This procedure saves the Immigration a lot of time of controlling work.

How much the applicant spends on his/her daily life should be a personal matter. 

There are 2 on Thappraya Road in front of Sugar Hut in both directions (just installed yesterday) and 2 more on Thepprasit Road near the Weekend market. 

Its 's easy to install those cams but the biggest problem will be to keep them well maintained. Let's see.

A high salary is good but not the main reason to get good staff. Most important is a good atmosphere at your working place. Show your staff your expectations and be a  good example. If possible increase salary every year (according to their working performance). Show loyalty and respect to your staff and you will get it back in the same way. 

How about the street girls? Are they allowed to do their "business" as usual? Some of them (especially the foreign gals from Uzbekistan, Russia, Uganda etc. will have a big problem if there are no more street shops.... as they used them to sit there and to get in touch with customers. Standing on the sidewalk the police would catch them. 

Instead of 40 make it 400. ..... then Pattaya would be much more safer and cleaner. Since they are not allowed to sit an smoke the Shisha water pipe anymore they are looking for new (criminal) activities.

It's a win-win situation. Both are happy. So what?

Now she just got the International licence today, but on the list of contracting parties of the convention on Road traffic (1949) Germany is not listed. All other german neighbour countries (eg. Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland, Netherlands etc) are listed, but not Germany. Does anyone know the reason why? Is she allowed to drive a car there during our holidays or not? How to do?

As long as Thais aren't able to speak proper English, Russian or Chinese they need to hire native speakers to fill the gap. Even most of the university students are NOT able to speak a foreign language but the tour companies need translators. How can Thais protest that foreigners stealing their jobs? That's ridiculous

Open the online shop in the name of your THAI wife, girlfriend or gig and let the payment go to her banK account where you have access to. Then it's not YOU who is doing the business. Problem solved!
