Pattaya City to open a market for disabled people to make a living

Headline says: "to make a living". Article says the market is only "August 28th to September 4th, 2022"???? So they make a "living" in a week???? My gosh, give these people a regular place to open, not 1 week. I would sure be frequenting it a lot more than the others in town, that's for sure!!!!! -

Do what they have always done in Taiwan and that is only issue licenses to the disabled and they are the only ones who can operate little shops / kiosks / booths with regular machines. They are allowed to employ others if they are big/busy enough but they have to put in so many hours to retain their licenses. They are also checked on by authorities "a lot" so we know this would never work in Thailand if you know what I mean? -
