You are either very stupid or honesty challenged when it comes to telling the truth. I was in the States from mid-April last year until 22 November. Between my wife and I, we had 12 PCR tests including the ones 72 hours before coming back to Thailand. Total cost = $0.00. I am shocked they took baht at your test center. Was this at a Phuket extension clinic? What did they charge you for your transport? 1000 baht? -

Why? Manipulation ? That is part of the problem. The manipulators can't even get that right. A 35 -40 baht to the dollar would being many tourists. -

Thai Govt hopes tourism can be revived as COVID subsides
10baht replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Thailand has 69 million people. Thailand has 1.28 million detected Corvit cases. Thailand has 12,855 Corvit dead. The death rate for detected Corvit cases in relation is around 1%. The risk of death in relation to the population would be: 12855 × 100 / (69000000-1280000) = 0.018%. A quote from another thread but they apply here, the real problem is not the calculations themselves but the source of the numbers used in the calculations. Bogus Thai Gov't propaganda. I also know the following is undoable but to really calculate the efficacy of the vaccines you need to get at least 100 volunteers for each vaccine and actually expose them all to the virus. Then see how many get it and/or how sick they get or die. I know the definition used to calculate the efficacy is the definition, but it is not really accurate. BTW the 1st paragraph is a quote from someone else so corvit = covid I am pretty sure. -

And by "they" , they mean the Chinese who poison baby formula and can't be trusted by their own people or the western world. I could travel to the EU, UK, USA with 2 shots BUT not Chinovax! So why not? -

Signs of improving COVID-19 situation in Thailand
10baht replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The COVID-19 situation in Afghanistan is improving as well. Do you think it is because of social distancing at the Kabul airport or poor, non-transparent number crunching by the government. Or lack of testing?- 125 replies

Thailand to allow local flights to resume in COVID-risk areas
10baht replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Step 1 vaccinations, I have said this from day one. Step 2 . eliminate the COE. -
Worldometers reports Thailand administered less than 9 million tests ( actually the same for a couple of days) in what... about 17 months? And you expect me to believe that in one day you can give 10% of that number in vaccinations? If that is possible they should be ashamed of themselves for the sloppy, inefficient and ineffective testing program. Or someone is cooking the books.
