The answer is yes, you can be covered from day one AS LONG AS you can convince everyone that you really have moved back permanently and you can prove that, if you can't prove it then you could well be charged. The burden of proof is on you, here's the guidelines that governement has given to the Trusts and the questions they can ask and how your answers may affect the decision to charge or not:

On the other hand there's a lot of anecdotal evidence that the NHS simply accepts everyone at face value http://www.spectator.co.uk/2017/01/if-the-nhs-needs-more-money-why-not-collect-from-health-tourists/

Been veggi since 1974.  Still cranking out 100 push ups every other day.  Veggies, fruits, nuts seeds, legumes and some grains have everything you need.  Bon Appetite!!!

Jack the Ripper,Yorkshire ripper,Harold shipman,Jeffrey damah this list goes on.

The case we are discussing is of one organised crime hit man killing another organised crime figure. There is no evidence that the serial killers you list started off as hitmen against organised crime figures and branched out into killings of non-crime figures

I imagine it would be devastating for any woman to be labelled a prostitute

Seriously? I thought there is a thriving subculture of memoirs from women who operate as escorts. You have only to google "call girl memoirs" to see that. Then there's the famous statement by Nell Gwynn the actress and mistress to King Charles II "Good people I am the Protestant whore" (when her carriage was mistaken for that of her Catholic rival)

Yeah, I know who is again bashing Americans but you are extremely ignorant. The slave ships were mainly BRITISH including a very notable ship 'the Brooks'. The horrible conditions put on the slaves by British crews/ships caused the cessation of slaving to America and other places (Jamaica, the British Caribbean colonies, etc). Britain ceased slaving on paper in 1800. Slaving exists today.

Would you like some cheese with that whine, mate?

You do know I'm an American myself, right?

    Thanks HH,

For now we assume that a combination of a colonscopy, an e-coli infection and strong anti-biotics have taken toll on my system. First approach is to diet & excercise in order to lower Cholesterol and hopefully improve the (pre)diabetes symptoms as well.

It will be closely monitored by the hospital, bloodtests again next week.

If the symptoms continue then further investigation will be done (that's what my doctor just told me this morning).

    Thanks for the valuable input!

The best advice I received from a dietician is to divide the amount food on my plate in half and only eat one half. You might need to start on 3/4 rather than 1/2, but basically your stomach gets used to a certain amount and you need to train it to expect less. Somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 of the "usual" Western portion is all that's required

More than 20, less than 200. I wasn't polling, only remarking on a mindset I have encountered.

So you've met somewhere between 20 and 200 Brits all of whom told you within 5 minutes of meeting that they attended a grammar school? That's because every Brit you've met told you what sort of school they attended and you've been able to determine that all the grammar school Brits mentioned that in the first 5 minutes whereas none of the others mentioned their schooling in the first 5 minutes? Or you've met more than 200 Brits but of the ones you've met all the ones who'd attended a grammar school (between 20 and 200) told you within 5 minutes of meeting that they attended a grammar school? Just trying to work out the basis of your assertion, not a scientific poll you understand
