Just a wild guess, but the Terminal 21 site has a large plane (think 747) on their drawing of the future shopping mall. Maybe not the same one but I’d bet they have a plane in mind.

Knowing the many preferences and definitions of a good pizza along with my favorite crust being thin and crispy, which it was, I’m fully aware of detractors and naysayers chiming in but that’s okay.
That said the thin and crispy crust was cooked to perfection, none have been better than I’ve found here. The sauce was very tasty and flavorful along with a more than ample amount of toppings. Jim reports that soon plans are in the works for other styles of crusts soon. I ordered the Metropolitis, it did not disappoint.
New on the menu is Thai food. Jim had high praises for his Thai chef from Bangkok. My Thai gf ordered Tom Yum Goong and surprisingly she enjoyed the dish. I say surprisingly because she is known for being very discriminate being a somewhat of a Thai chef herself. It is highly unusual for her to like any Thai dish from a restaurant especially a Farlang Restaurant, so my hat’s off to the chef.
What a a great place for dining, both of us will be back!

I’m certainly not an expert on Hawaiian themed. Ambience and decorum looks Hawaiian as does the menu with the names of the offerings. I did have a slice of pineapple next to my burger if that counts.
Seriously, Big Kahuna is a nice touch but I enjoyed the food even more. :-)

Like a lot of things I tend to look the other way, to each their own. I refuse to worry about it, now if it were me doing this odd stuff, yeah it would be worry some.
Being from the states it would more than likely be considered “goofy”. Kind of like the little kid in Walmart tugging on their mother, pointing and laughing at your weird get up. Not for me but I certainly won’t lose any sleep over it.

There is a good dentist in the jomtien immigration soi, across the road and towards the beach.
I 2nd the recommendation. Usually have to book a few days ahead and they give options, implants vs bridges etc. Explain everything completely and prices are freely given, they even have a price sheet at the reception desk.

I'm not normally a big BBQ Thai style seafood fan but for the money this is probably one of the best I've been to. I've been to some top end seafood places and know that there are some pricey dishes out there, but value wise this place is good enough imho. Since my Thai gf approves of this place I know it must be good. Personally I had the chicken and pork skewers with bacon and thin sliced pork steaks.
Great value for only 299 baht now, all you can eat seafood, pork, chicken and much more. The service was great and the food was fresh. The food was so fresh that the seafood was literally jumping off the grill, so much so one of the servers had to come over and tame it down. I assume they gave the food a quick freeze.
Anyway this made for a great way to end Christmas day. Between the two of us, 2 buffets, one large Leo and a water the total came to 688 baht iirc. Not a bad price for an enjoyable night out.

The condo I reside at has two wireless choices by day or month. Like your experience they are usually pretty slow and sometimes hit and miss.
Luckily TOT came and connected to the phone landlines. I’m getting about 45 mbps download and about 10 mbps upload off a 5g wireless router connected to the landline. Fast enough to upload huge files and watch Netflix without interruption. 690 baht plus I believe 7% VAT for 738.30 baht monthly. Can be paid monthly or more.

The third pepper down looks an awful like the common bell pepper in the US. The rest do look plumper compared to others I've seen in local markets.

Meeting Point Darkside
A German restaurant with a friendly staff and an owner with good prices on their food. I had the Schnitzel with gravy and mushrooms, my friend had the Currywurst (small size), both priced about 149 baht apiece, not bad imho. Very tasty, well presented and fairly priced. The Schnitzel was very tender and very delicious as was the sausage, definitely authentic German food.
I got the fried potatoes as french fries can be obtained about anywhere, and the other dish had potato salad. The potato salad was outstanding and memorable. It had a cream sauce which I couldn't id but it was excellent, not the usual mustard additive that usually is added to potato salad. The fried potatoes were very good also but that potato salad was extraordinary.
A smaller place but nearly fully packed at about 11:30am so it's a popular place. Located on 60 Moo 10, Soi Khao Talo, Pattaya (Darkside). I'll gladly return for more great food.

You can purchase an ELM 327 module which plugs into your OBDII diagnostic plug which is blue tooth enabled. Android or iPhone your choice. Perhaps the tricky part would be the software needed to explore the ABS codes as most software will only do the engine generic part. There is Ford specific software available although I haven't explored this option yet, it does say it will do the ABS part though and it's for Android only. Software Program

I’m guessing the jacked up price of premium imported turkeys has a lot to do with the money being asked. Of course many of the hotels have raised their rates also due to the increased holiday traffic. If the two are related, perhaps but I don’t really know.

When I mentioned “Hawaiian” earlier I was referring to a previous poster’s comment of the possible name change to “Big Kahuna”. Hopefully it refers to burgers, not Hawaiian Food. If it’s more American more than Hawaiian that would be okay.My guess is that's just branding for fun. No chance it will be a Hawaiian food place. More general American for sure.
