In England my friend introduced our family to Chilli-con-carne. We used the packets of chilli-con-carne powder mix, first Lobo, then later we liked the Coleman's one best. I wish I knew the ingredients to make my own here. I do use the Chill-o packets here which are passable. We ate it with rice or mashed potato, but stopped using red kidney beans and prefer baked beans instead.
Maybe a heinous crime to some, but we like it.
In the states they sell chili beans in the can. Add tomato juice, favorite spice pack, diced tomatoes, a little jalapeño, onions and cooked & drained ground chuck.

Does anyone have a recent experience obtaining a SETV in Sihanoukville?
I used Anna Travel for about $40 iirc, turn around was about 3-4 days, she did require a return ticket out of Thailand. This about a year ago.

That's where I bought my Redwings composite toed boots, size13W. They had them and the 12's, 12's proving to be sized a little small. Large place, I suspect they have a lot of stock, although I didn't get past the showroom.

Officially I don't know, I would suspect it's local based on where the bottles say they are made and posts saying a location for a brewery in Thailand.
