If you have a Wise account, get a debit card, real or virtual, and set up a baht account. Convert the estimated required amount and leave it there until needed. Come the day of reckoning, use the Wise card, rest assured if you check the bill carefully... and I mean carefully.... the actual total will come out thousands less than estimated. 40k less in the case of my back op., once overcharges and false entries were deducted!

..... with AN.
Formerly, I would get my email, click on a topic, and there it would be in my browser, in full, followed by all your insightful comments.
Now, I just get the article. To see the comments, I have to click a blue button at the bottom, and the whole article then reloads with the comments attached.
Formerly, to go back to the email newsletter I would click my < < button. Now I have to click it twice, because it goes back to the sanitised? censored? emasculated? version first.
I put in a compliant via the "report" function, and did not get the courtesy of an acknowledgement.
Am I alone, crying in the wilderness, or do enough of you care to vote for restitution to the old way?

Gaia moves in mysterious ways to protect herself.
There are simply too many people in the world. Strategy one: get them to stop breeding. (doesn't work)
Strategy two: kill off as many as possible with a pandemic (didn't work)
Strategy three: get them to destroy themselves (it's probably going to work)
Strategy four: Cook the lot of them (it's working, but awfully slow oven)

To do TM30 online you must register as "housemaster", which can be owner, usufructee, or long-term tenant. If you are named in a tabien baan (house book, blue or yellow), or hold a pink card, you can be housemaster, and can do TM30 online for yourself, other residents, and visitors.
I am not sure whether the tabien baan bit is necessary if you can prove that you are the de-facto housemaster, but you could open a can of worms if you are "working"!

In the tablet the battery turned into a balloon: at first I thought it was just the thing falling apart, then I saw the battery was pushing out from the inside. The vaporizer was soaring past 500F without being plugged in, and luckily I got inside of it and cut the wires to the battery before something like this happened.
These fires will burn much hotter than a match or cigarette lighter.
Please, what's a vaporiser, in this context?

When you get your new passport go to the retirement desk and they will transfer your stamps.
They are not interested in your TM30 and address report receipts at that time.
At the time your next 90 day report is due first get a new TM30 and then do the address report in person. Why ? The address report desk requires a new TM 30 recording the new passport to process the address report.
Further to my earlier post, when we got our new passports I immediately did new online TM30s and put printed receipts in the passports when I did the first 90days reports. No issues were raised.

My wife and I have not left Thailand since new passports, August 2024. First 90 days, had to attend Jomtien with both passports: but not necessarily attached to owner! Second, tried online, hers went through, mine did not. Third, and onwards, no problems with online, very efficient.

Jomtien - Non Imm O Retirement 800k bank letter
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I did ours last week:- bank letter from day before ok, bank book updated same day ok BUT wanted sight of and photocopy of entire previous years' entries.
Rejected all double-sided photocopies: single side only!
Also rejected copy of our authenticated marriage certificate: wanted sight of the original, even though they have seen in every year for the last 20 odd years! Had to go home and get it, returned without wifey: rejected, she must be there too, for a photo, even though she was there earlier. 56km wasted journeys!
But all very courteous and polite.
