    Far ad I know at Swampie no place where they sell pnones, sims you can get at the magazine shop near the exit. In the province there are lots of phone shops. In Thai they don't sell fake phones, just beware with second hand ones because Thais absolutely don't care and let phones fall out of there hands en into water. Most used ones have issues, some are new outside but old inside as covers has been changed.

    are you serious about what u posted. I can show u 10000 selling all kind of fake phones.

    hey folks , I am very sorry and I know the question that I'm asking is little weird, however I really need to know how to check your winnings. I have few applications on ipad named Thai lottery, purchased a ticket or 2 at times. please help me understand how to check results and are all lotteries result announcing form same or there are various organisations running this. gonna try my luck if I get to know about the correct procedure to confirm your winning and pot wise prize and money that one has to put on stake. this is totally illegal in my country so need some serious advice. thanks in advance

    As far as I understand, I strongly feel that her conduct and behaviour that she demonstrated in front of children is totally inappropriate, when we talks about schools, it a place where children not only learn about language and subjects but also about learn social dealing, humanity, manners and culture. If this is the kind of character she displays in front of children, who are fast enough to Lear and grasp anything that they see.

    she is the one who should be chucked out as she is not being respectful and not serious towards her job as a teacher, which you can easily prove in front of authorities, all you need is 2 or 3 witness and her character report ( if you already have that in your organisation )

    Come on group members what r v upto, this girl seems to be in a pretty hard and difficult situation as if now. I've been through all the valuable suggestions that have been given to her.

    I seriously feel sorry for you Karen, I believe on humanitarian grounds if we take off our shoes and put on her shoes and feel the way she is feeling right now thnt probably we can relate to her at a much better wavelength.

    All of us might have been through good and bad, unfortunately all are not lucky enough to find right friend or partner at the first go, don't give up Karen, u need some advice how to go about it, keep your respect, pride and feelings aside and realise the fact that you are not in your own country, however that should not let someone empower you but u need to be extra cautious before you take any step. take some legal advise.I believe that my lawyer is good at solving these kind of cases , though didn't gave him a chance fortunately.

    Firstly try to get down to a solution, even if you have to part away with some percentage of your belongings, it will make things easier for you.

    I know you have been though something weird, just don't let this incident disappoint you because thailand is a land of smokes, you can never segregate Thai people, I have had instances wherein people returned my purse, which had over 3000 dollars and at the same time I've seen taxi driver arguing that I gave him 50 baht and not 100 , all people are different, all good and bad is under the same blue sky so doesn't let this incident dishearten you.

    Take some legal advice and get over with this matter as soon as you can as even a court case want fetch you anything towards the end of it. wish you luck.

    Lengthy Electric Bill/Legal Question

    No matter which ever part of this world one comes from, everyone can easily judge what's right and what's wrong. they didn't pay you back 600 now tell them that when you asked them to recheck the bill and the lady denied cuz maybe they wanted 2 ripoff 600 THB as they know that many foreigners wouldn't care about this sum of money. had they re checked the bill when you requested them to do probably the difference miscalculation could have been fixed. The reason why a small percentage of people try to rip off farangs is cuz we are scared. you have tourist police, Thai police nod moreover till the time you don't hurt someone's emotional or religious sentiments willing and hard they won't pounce back. this is thailand not any 3rd world country where anyone can do what so ever they feel like. you are right, had I been at ur place I would have taken them for a ride.

    Indian basmati rice is much demanded all over the world, however there are no drawback incentives on exports because the export policy is always mapped with countries scarcity and surplus on that particular commodity within the country. rice production has never been surplus in india.

    I was a bit inclined towards the agency thing cuz I believe they follow the same trend and services like the global ones.

    certainty of genuineness of the staff, minimum tenure that they will be bound to stay with the same employer, multiple options and assistance in conducting interviews of short listed candidate. I mean has some farang ever hired via an agency channel ? I will post online for the vacancy but I am not too sure of the trends here, I mean online, newspapers or world of mouth..

    ok so if I understand you correctly , foreigners ( that means tourists or others who or working or have their own business here and are not thais, from rest of the world, that is 193 countries in total - 1 country ie Thailand ) have nothing 2 talk in common.

    thats a big statement to make, in Thailand there are people from almost every corner of the world and as far as I feel is that if not a particular nation then maybe others can connect with them and at the same item if we have everything in common then it wouldn't have been a different country n most of tourist come here to explore culture so it's cool and new experience for them as well.

    Asian continent it's itself vast enough so I feel other Asian countrymen like korea, Philippines, malasiya, Singapore, Japan, india or china will definitely be able to connect in terms of common topics of interests.

    as per my understanding, Thailand laws are curbed in such a way that they are open to farangs to come and commence business here and at the same time do good economically for their country as well for ex employing 3 Thai workers per work permit, having a Thai partner, hire lawyer, pay insurance , social, taxes and all. this is what I feel that's y I chose Thailand and at the same time I'm dealing with Thai buyers since last 3 years so guess have already made a choice, just looking for some good location as I personally have not been out much to survey locations.
