I haven't been up to the airport this year but is the new terminal open ?

Grippens are based in the south. F-16s are out of RTAF Korat. Seen them over lower Buriram regularly. Those F-16s, block 15?, are out of date and are due to be replaced by Grippen 'E's. Selected in 2024 but not sure if the order has been placed. A lot cheaper than latest F-16 block 70 and far easier and cheaper to maintain.

If you are coming from the 24 the interchange is after the turn off for the 2. Nice fast road as it there are no heavy lorries. Don't know what the toll will be when it stops being free - Jan 1 2026 ?

Warnings about the dangers of koi pla has been going on since I think when Yingluk was in charge. Why do you think Thailand hosted a major conference on liver cancer 12 months ago. Lots of publicity but did anything concrete come out of it ? Thailand was then 4th in the table for liver cancer deaths. Thai gov stats at the conference.

So there it is. Thai megaphone technology is superior to the Cambodians. Saw a helicopter heading towards the border a few days ago. Thought they had found someone burning a field, silly me.
