Always use River Fresh. Never had any complaints. Come round twice per week.
How much do they actually charge per bottle?

I am in Jomtien, and I use Sprinkle water, I think is good quality. They have a distributor for this area. In Pattaya it's a bit more expensive than Bangkok
In Bangkok it seems to come to 70B/bottle, which is already nearly double what I pay (40B). Also your 24 coupons are only valid for one year and I'm not sure that I would use 24 bottles every year.

I dont trust anyone here, big or small.

Retox in Pattaya include it with their 99B breakfast, if you ask for it as I do. They must be getting it from somewhere but I dont know where. BigC in Pattaya have boudin.

I too looked and there is nobody I know of who does that, this was one of the primary reasons that I am building things myself.
I also considered that as I made similar things when I lived in a farmhouse in Europe. But there I could get all the panels cut to the exact sizes by any local DIY shop for just a couple of Euros extra, which takes most of the hard work out of it. That option doesn't seem to be available round here these days.
Condo living doesn't really lend itself to having a full home workshop!

We're not paying that for solid (recycled) teak! OK, not fitted but made to the size we wanted if the stock size didn't fit. Glass fronted teak "sideboard" 2m long was 15k IIRC.
Have a look at your local teak furniture place, they are often better priced than you would imagine.
I have a fair idea what the prices should be as I have a friend who imports solid wood furniture from India and Indonesia to Europe. He gave up on Thailand decades ago!
Here in Pattaya it just seems to be cartel pricing with hardly any variation in prices between suppliers. I tried some local teak places but they are even more expensive (though nicer, of course).
I will see about visiting your guy. I'm not looking for anything built-in; just stand-alone furniture about the right size to fit the space available. So there's no reason why it couldn't be built elsewhere and transported. Thanks.

You forgot to mention the price of 6,900 Baht, I second the recommendation, they are good people who make excellent products.
Do they make furniture also?
In spite of searching for several years I have been unable to find someone who can make a simple wardrobe/cupboard and a separate sideboard/TV unit out of rubberwood or even MDF for my condo. All I have been quoted is hollow laminate for 16-18,000B/linear metre.
I would happily pay extra for transport from Bangkok to Jomtien for something decent at a sensible price.

Obviously where i get work done its done properly and obviously I am a bit more tough then you are. At least about this that is. You are from the Pattaya area so its logical your paying over the odds. I can pay over the odds too if I go to the more expensive places. I just visit the places that are recommended by Thais and they usually areou in the 700-800 bt range for a good scaling / cleaning. For most normal people injections are not needed. Its almost unheard of where I am from (the Netherlands).
I've been charged various prices in Pattaya from 800B to 2000+B. The 2000+B place was one of the most highly recommended dentists on this forum, and not the most expensive one in Pattaya by any means. The cheaper prices were various other local dentists who did an acceptable cosmetic clean.
Now I just have it done in Si Racha as I have great faith in my dentist there and to have her do everything suits me even if it is a long drive and even if I do pay a few hundred Baht extra for the hospital fee.
I agree that for most people injections are not needed but because I know that I invariably do need them is precisely why I can tell that if I didnt get them then the job was not done deeply enough.
In Europe I used to have the same thing done for 100EUR every few months by a top dentist, and they always numbed my mouth completely also. It also used to take them more than an hour, just like here.

Why do you think its not a proper scaling, just paid 800 bt and they certainly cleaned me more then just cosmetic. All the buildup got removed with hooks and an other drill like thing and in the end they polish it all. So that your paying over the odds does not mean that others can't get it cheaper.
I can't say its a pleasant experience and gums are bleeding and so on but an anaesthetic why.. i mean I am not made of sugar.
This is why I know whether the scaling/cleaning has been done properly or whether it is just cosmetic. My gums are very sensitive and it is not possible to clean anywhere near them without injecting them first. It's that simple.

My car insurance came via a broker. If I have an accident and require urgent assistance I expect to call the insurance helpline and not the broker. I would expect that to be the same with urgent health issues.
So I would say that it probably makes no real difference whether you buy direct or not as once you have bought you can always deal directly with the insurer if you prefer. I do like the way that the broker sends me reminders and as I can always park right outside her office I will continue to use her. And maybe she may even help with paperwork if I ever need to make an insurance claim.

About 2000-2400B is what I pay for proper cleaning/scaling in both Pattaya and Si Racha, usually done over two sessions. Proper cleaning of my teeth invariably requires local anaesthetic.
Plenty of places will do a cosmetic clean for 700-800B but it isnt proper scaling.

I was in Pattaya a few days ago and saw 100's if not 1000's of chinese tourists pouring onto ferries headed for Hua Hin.
Yea! Pattaya is relieved. Hua Hin is welcome to them.
That said, wherever it is that they go to in Hua Hin or Pattaya it isnt the same places that I go to, thankfully.
But are you sure that they werent just going out for a meal on those floating restaurants? Or going to Koh Larn for the day?

I thought you said that they didnt include a grandfather clause for that change?

Only if they include a grandfather clause.... that certainly was not the case wrt keeping all the money for 3 months after, and 400k of it forever in the bank. That change came about in March and applies to all.
How do people who are grandfathered on 200kB keep 400kB of it on deposit forever?

If one does they all will.
To guarantee 100% sales the developer only needs to include a free prawn buffet.

Wells Fargo Bank. Give me a break. Cowboy Bank more like it.
When will Americans learn that their banks are the very worst in the entire world when it comes to international transfers? Most cant even do transfers within the states properly.
I am not a fan of Bangkok Bank but please dont blame them for your US bank's incompetence.

Not entirely sure why this is in the health sub-forum, but my guess would be around 30-40 minutes depending on how fast you drive and how the traffic is getting out of Si Racha. The motorway part will be a doddle.

The one thing I can think of is that when they scaned it they scanned they scanned the photo
page and the opposite page as well.
If I asked them to just scan the photo page and not the opposite page would they be able to do that
and would that reduce the file size.
Or is there some thing else I can ask them to do to reduce the file size.
Send it to me as a PM and I will do it for you.
I will even forego my usual fee as I am in a good mood today.

The Jomtien bus is fine for 130B, as long as you dont have a lot of heavy luggage and as long as you dont have an early or late flight.
For individual transport I now use Ann taxi who have proven to be reliable for 1100B all-in. http://www.pattaya-taxiservice.com/

A car dashcam device would work and they require no extra parts or connections apart from a USB power supply. Any model would do the job. They are small enough to be hidden quite easily.
Your main problem with not having wifi is that you wont be able to configure a normal security camera, unless you also get a proper DVR and cable the two together.

Condo rules questions
in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership

I see no references at all in the Condo Act to matters like this. In my experience they are entirely controlled by the building by-laws.
