Just how to get the rust out of these tiny holes...?
I used to use a nail about the same size as the holes.

No, it's just crap from pans that have boiled over that has blocked the holes. I used to have gas stoves and I know the problem well.
Just lift the tops off, give them a good soak and then clear the jets with any convenient poking thing like a bit of wire. Nothing to it.

As far as I know no copies are required. Just the bank book.
Given that my bank book is for a time deposit and cannot be updated at all during the entire period of the 2-year term, I wonder exactly what Immigration will do for my upcoming extension and subsequent 90-day proof?
If they decide to be awkward there may be another Jomtien condo on the market soon, and Vietnam may have one more fat rich farang knocking at its door.

The router I have in bridge mode says the 5G goes to 830 Mbps. But I'm getting no more than 500 and I don't know why.
I know why and I kindly shared my knowledge with you the other day.
Quoted equipment speeds are theoretical maxima in perfect lab conditions. You will never achieve this in practice and that goes in spades for wifi figures. Forget about it.

Indeed.

Or just clean it. Those things will last for decades if cleaned occasionally.

I dont see why it should be a problem. I have been filling those in for several years.

That must be some rule in the building which doesn't allow changing the cables.
On my condo only True, AIS and CAT are allowed, and all of them use the cable that belongs to the building.
That would indeed apply in buildings that have fibre pre-installed. But any building more than about 5 years old is very unlikely to have any existing fibre installation.
Of course if the fibre is pre-existing then there would be even less reason for them to refuse to work on it above the 3rd floor.

I used freeze-dried starter for my first batch and ever since then I have just been using the last yoghurt of the old batch to start the new batch.
I think for your soy yoghurt I would definitely try using a tub of live supermarket yoghurt to get it going, if you cant get the freeze-dried starter.

Ask a vehicle paint shop, or a boat building yard. They should have the skill to do the masking and spraying properly and may also know what primer to use.

Ah. That will be the same True who say "sorry, we cant install fibre in condo buildings above the third floor". Presumably they are unaware that condo buildings have elevators and stairs, and that you never need anything taller than a small stepladder to work on any floor.

I want to buy a quality land line phone that can take messages and if no one picks up the phone- diverts to a cell phone.
You dont want a land-line. You want VOIP.

You would think that for 270B (£7) they would just give you the whole lot. Cant stand penny-pinching restaurants.

So anyone, what's the difference between POORLY, ILL, UNWELL, SICK?
None. They are synonyms.

It would be much quicker to make a list of things that are not worth bringing because they are cheaper and better here. It would be a very short list.

I'm just thankful that Thais always park as near to where they are going as possible as this usually leaves plenty of room on higher floors or on the far side of the car park.
I am happy to walk 100 yards if it means I can park with no one next to me.

Assuming your router and PC card are domestic grade then they probably only support 1Gbps as a theoretical maximum anyway. So you probably wont be getting that much in practice at all.
Who needs it anyway? I certainly don't.

What starter are you using?
One problem may be that your soy milk contains preservatives or other chemicals, or added sugar or flavours.

You are aware that no committee member can serve more than two consecutive terms (ie 4 years) unless no one else stands for election? So in theory you can always get shot of any member(s) after 4 years.
It is quite common for AGMs to have an initial vote to decide the size of the next committee though there is no written legal requirement for such a vote in the Condo Act. There may be such a requirement in the by-laws, but you say that in your case there is not. Some Land Offices seem to like to see a vote for 3-5-7-9 members, and they may object if there isn't one.
If the current committee had 5 candidates then even if you also elected 4 more (the maximum) their 5 would still have voting control in committee meetings, so no huge advantage for you there.
Your best bet would be to contact other co-owners who never attend meetings and get their proxy votes. That should allow you to elect a different committee, even if the proxies only amounted to a couple of percent of the total.

In respect of Pattaya I never ever saw a weather report that was at least somehow accurate. Does anybody know one?
We have a microclimate that makes forecasts unreliable. It frequently rains nearby but not here.
I note that Chonburi is not included in the list of provinces given anyway.

My goal is to eat at every Indian restaurant in Pattaya someday.
I think that this is a mathematical impossibility as at least one new Indian restaurant seems to open every day here. Also only Warren Buffet could possibly afford to eat in an Indian restaurant here every day.

Surely those figures are the insured value rather than the price of the insurance?
They probably just selected the wrong year for the quote, or were using a different insurance company which applied a different value. I had exactly the same experience when getting quotes from other brokers several years ago.
In fact to get cover of 404,000B instead of 342,000B is to your advantage, not to your disadvantage.
