Wow! Who'd have thought?

Experts weigh chances of Thaksin’s return next week

RIP Mr. Hamad Alblaiher. Surely it cannot be that just the excitement of being in Pattaya's Walking Street at 03:46 induced a heart attack?

Pita ordered to suspend doing his duties as an MP
I see trouble ahead. It may be wise for those that can to leave The Kingdom until matters are resolved.

Pita ready to step aside if his party fails to win senators’ hearts
It is likely that the Senators would want to block any Pheu Thai PM selection, but that could be a dangerous move as it would become very apparent to voters that the Senators are in control. In reality Pita's offer to "step aside" could be seen as a threat to fully lay bare the extent of the Senators' control over the democratically elected parliament. This possibility could certainly go some way to "win over the hearts and minds" of the Senators.

Pita complains of unfair treatment by the Election Commission
Those who really run Thailand are disappointed with the election result and will do whatever it takes to evade the will of the electorate. They are currently using non-violent methods to achieve this but, as in the past, will not hesitate to use force to achieve their objective. Let us all hope nevertheless that this remains peaceful.

"The problem is all inside your head she said to me...." Listen to Paul Simon and take heed!

Kiwi’s prison plight ends: Thai hellhole release brings a breath of relief
My thoughts also. The BIB probably saw the 2 tablets as a "nice little earner", but perhaps he had insufficient funds?
