Thank you for your feedback, comments and compliments.
We will try to get a small but good bread variety on our shelves, but we will need time for this. There are currently many other things we have to do...most importantly maintain the standards. Once we're "settled in", we'll start looking in to adding / adjusting items.

So when i come to buy my "oversized burger buns" can i buy the burgers with them to take home and cook myself. Also do peppers make a good pie, like mince and onion, meat and potatoe, steak. It is very hard to get a good pie in Thailand. I have tried Staffords from Prassat, they were average but very dry, no moisture. Steve from Buriram were better, and his corned beef pasties are great. But i long for a good pie. cheers guys.
To answer both your questions with on word: Yes

Thank you for all the kind words.
It won't be a piece of cake ( pun intended ) to follow in Johns footsteps, but we look forward to this opportunity and challenge.
Since we are new to Ubon...and Thailand for that fact, please give us some time to find the correct business contacts to revamp the website ( www.peppersbakery.com ) and a few other things.
As John mentioned in an earlier post, that we come from the hospitality Industry in the US. However, we are originally from Germany, so Bread and other bakery goods are very important to us as well. Sometime later on my wife, Bee, will join Peppers as well.
We look forward to stay in Ubon for maaaaaaany years to come and meet a lot of new and interesting people.
Thank you again John for the opportunity.
And Andrew, I look forward to meeting you as well. And don't worry, we'll take well care of your baby.

Hi Julian, you are originally from Germany, does it means I can get Schwarzbrot, Pumpernickel , Laugenbroetchen etc. in the future. My friend in Sisaket (Franks) is looking for it too.
Have a good time.
Bushmill, we would love to do this in the near future, but realistically speaking, it will take some time to find the correct ingredients etc. It is definitely something we would like to do down the road some time. I LOVE Laugenbroetchen. Near future we would like to provide fresh Graubrot / Bauernbrot and fresh plain broetchen on regular basis. Our most important mission at the beginning though is to maintain Johns / Peppers standards and get comfortable in that aspect.
We'll have a FaceBook page to keep everyone informed and for people who don't use Facebook ( like me for example ), we'll have updates on our website.

Yes they show bundesliga. Leverkusen vs Munich live this Saturday. Plus many others available on delay.
Thank you for the information.
How much delay are we talking about? 1-5 minutes delay or several hours?
-
I am assuming you have a smartphone, download the AIS app. That will give you the information.
Another option, but you need to be able to understand Thai is dial *121 and/or *121#

Can someone please tell me or know if they show the Bundesliga? I looked on their website and it states a few leagues and sporting events, but doesn't mention Bundesliga. However, it does say "and many more".

Thanks for everyones help so far. I will definetely speak with SunBelt first before I hand it in and find out what exactly it means.

The number 3 is pretty straight forward.
Number 4 ist the confusing part....for me now too.
I know how much I am buying the business for, however, I do not know the "daily use / investing in the business". Wouldnt this be the purchase price?
SunBelt entered a number there, which I am curious where they got that number from and what exactly this means.

Can someone help me explain something, while we're on this topic.
EVERYTIME I see an ambulance, the red and blue lights are on. And only sometimes do I see/hear the siren on. I asked Thai family and I couldnt get a definite answer. All I know is, if I'm dying, I'm better off driving to the hospital myself than to wait for the ambulance.
My question/assumption:
- Red/blue lights are always on ( do not know the reason ).
- Sirens will be turned on when its an emergency.

Maestro, thank you very much for your help. I never even knew about the OCR software.
The form that seems to be instructions how to fill out the form may actually be very helpful...I'll have the misses take a look at it. Maybe that explains what it is and "easier" to explain in english.
Again, thank you.
-
Yes, I understand the importance of the form. I had the document filled out by SunBelt and it was sent to me late afternoon today ready to hand in for monday. However, they are out of the office until monday to answer my question. My wife can translate/explain everything on this form, just not 3 and 4.

Hi everyone,
I am in desperate need to find out what a couple of things mean in English. I would try an online translator, but the words I am looking at getting translated are in a pdf file.
Would someone be so kind to translate what number [3] and number [4] say on the attached pdf file?
Thanks in advance.
Edit: I even tried converting from pdr to word, but when it gets converted to a word document, for some reason I can not select the text to copy.

Before I left the US in March, I bought the Netgear R6300 ( http://www.netgear.com/R6300# ). You mentioned you didn't want to be an early adapter of new devices, but this one I think is worth the investment. It is basically future proof. Most electronic devices from now on will have the AC adapters built in. So if you for example buy a new laptop in a year or so, it will come with the ac adapter...would be nice to have a router that can utilize that feature, no? Even in 3-4 years from now when/if you buy a new TV, cellphone etc.
If you buy an N router now, you would buy yesterdays technology at todays price. Don't get me wrong, N is still good....but its becoming outdated.

What if he would have said "I received E-Mails about 4 transactions and I did not authorize them and have no idea how this could have happened".
Basically not saying/admitting that he knows his password was stolen by "a friend".
I remember this with my creditcards...about every other year I had unauthorized purchases. I would sometimes even get a phonecall asking "Did you purchase at xxx for $xx.xx?" They cancelled the transactions and issued me a new card right away...no extra expenses. I don't know how the people got a hold of my credit card information and made those charges ( I am assuming some insecure website that got creditcard information stolen ).
Couldn't / shouldn't this also apply in the OPs case ( assuming he didn't know how those transactions were done )?
-
Hmmm, if I call the bank and tell them the four transfers were not initiated by me and to freeze my account, they should do that and void the transactions no questions asked ( obviously after verifying I am the owner ). It usually takes about a day for a transaction to post...and the "theft" was reported within hours of the "crime". I don't understand why the transfer wasn't reversed.
That they didn't freeze the Filipinos bank account is understandable however.

I used AVG for many many years but switched at one point to MSE and didn't have any problems with it for a few years. My reasoning behind the switch was that AVG didn't detect a Virus that MSE found and just some common sense. Most of the viruses are written for microsoft / Internet Explorer. Who better to find and fix them, than microsoft?
I always used the FireFox browser in combination with MSE and activated the firewall in windows and didnt have any problems. Though you can NEVER be safe from hackers/viruses unless you unplug your power from your computer, it was a combination I felt comfortable with.
For a few months now I completely switched operating systems....to apple / OSx.
