I have started calcium+D from the beginning of covid. I don't consume dairy products or calcium fortified milks.

Just finishing the second bottle 500 pills and will have a brake from it. But will stock up for future covid.

I have read recommendation for using it at the beginning of pandemic, together with some other supplements.

My family and myself have survived delta, even all our neighbours had it for many months the last summer.

You can argue with these and probably hundreds more research

    From 1989 and 2016......????

I can't remember that we had Covid then 55555????

But you can believe what you want........concerning Covid it's nonsense.

Sorry but that's simply not true.  I accept that you are more vulnerable on a bike should an accident happen but people with proper training and/or experience, know how to deal with that and ride accordingly.  There are far more accidents on motorbikes than there are in Thailand but   99.999% of them involve Thai nationals and are on small bikes or scooters - have you seen the way they ride? I think it would be a fair guess that the vast mjority of them never have any training and probably wouldn't take it seriously if they did.

So I think the statistics are highly skewed - in the vast majority of cases its stupidity that causes the accidents not simply motobikes. Look at the recent cases of serious accidents involving motorbikes hitting people on pedestrian crossings - are they caused by the bike or the stupidity of the rider?  One of the things that never fails to amaze me in Thailand is bikes pulling out of side roads without even looking - its as if their head is attached to the handlebars with some form of bracket that keeps it looking straight forward. My basic survival instinct wouldn't let me pull out without looking - I just can't undertstand it but it happens thousands of times every day.

There are people killed in cars and trucks in Thailand every day - they don't guarantee survival and as I say, the figures that seem illustrate that far more motorcyclists are killed are skewed by the stupidity of the riders.  Yes, they happen but do they need to?

Living in s civilized country I would agree with you.

However, here you are surrounded by mass idiocy, at least on roads.

So riding a bike here is risking your life.

I've never had a mishap... and never had a mishap in Thailand... that could change tomorrow and I never let myself forget that when riding in the city.

As soon as we approach speeds where we can’t stop extremely quickly, i.e. outside of the city when going faster in on the open road we are at far greater mercy of other drivers pulling out.. it happens here, it also happens anywhere, some drivers just do not ’see’ the motorbike when they look....

One thing is for sure...  The numbers of accidents in the UK with riders wearing high-vis jackets is less than those without... and thats because they look like policeman at first glance, even the subconscious notices....

In Thailand I’ve noticed the subconscious notice something else.

When riding a ‘larger bike’ I notice that I have greater road presence... other cars give way more readily etc. When riding a ’scooter’ I’m just another somchai and am treated as such by other road users (i.e. without any degree of curtesy which may have been present on a larger bike)...  riding a smaller bike seems more dangerous but ultimately easier in the traffic to get through gridlock etc.

And, that ’noticeability’ (which I’ll call road presence to the subconscious) also occurs with cars.... I noticed the very same difference when driving tiny car vs a large 4x4.

Well, no doubt about it that it's very risky here riding a bike.

So If you take the risk here you face death every minute.

Not surprising If someone bite the dust though it's very sad.

But again, it's up to you......drive a solid car and survive or riding a bike and risk your life.

Why is it not a good Idea to ride a Motorcycle at 83?  Are you serious in your views?  MAny of the folks I know that are in there 80's keep in shape and actually look a lot younger than some 60 year olds that I know who drink and smoke and do not take care of themselves.  This Gentleman (may he RIP) was an avid Motorcycle enthusiast who had years upon years of experience.  I find your view offensive, and even if he had been a young man in his 20's death might have occurred as well.

It's not about "younger looking". It's about overconfidence, which might an issue, accompanied by bad eye sight. And your reaction time might not be the same as with 20 or so.

It's not offending. In my home country you have to test your ability more often when you are old.

And......with a car this fatal accident might not had happened.

But I know there are a lot of bikers outside who knows everything, and even better.......for them.????????

  5. First of all you should buy an oral irrigator as Water Pik and use it regulary every day. Mouth wash will do a good Job in addition.

And some experts here will find a specialist (actually every dentist should be able to fix your Problem)☺️

    Hero to Zero?

He got Brexit done, negotiated the country's way through Covid and has just won a no confidence vote meaning he is immune to a leadership challenge for 12 more months. Best of all, the cherry on the icing on the cake is that the main opposition is the Labour Party, consisting of the likes of Dianne Abbot, David Lammy, Angela Rayner and led by Keir Starmer ????. So no matter how bad he looks (and he has looked pretty bad at times), the clowns opposite him always make him look mildly competent by comparison.

Hardly Zero. Sitting pretty would be a more accurate description.

I like your Humor and Jokes. Had had of a good laugh.☺️
