Well you could say that, tripped and smashed a $400 smart watch walking on Pattaya footpaths, for a tourist centric destination it has the worst footpaths and roads in the country, and recently the "free" fire works...Thais love Free everything the movement on 2cd road was ridiculous on conclusion, idiot cop at Klang intersection what was he doing? directing traffic when the lights turned red or green....NO frigging idea on traffic management...there well behind the 8 ball in Pattaya mate...

No dear ive retired to Thailand but I can support myself, my point which is lost on you is if your going to get into a relationship with a Thai use your big head and choose one that has a good job and doesn't need your money.

Yes she has a job and goes to work or she wouldn't be living with me. Plenty of guys happy to take care of a pretty freeloader that's sits on her phone and watches tv all day...but not me.

Lot depends on how you got that music to begin with, free, pirate, payed for....just go the Spotify route, if you're paying a subscription you get the play off line option, if you prefer to own download to a pc and set up playlists in iTunes/Apple Music, if your on android well good luck there system sucks big time.

Did you think to ask management? lie or true they would set you straight, first thing I would do is run every room air cons stick something in a few sockets and let them run then check the meters to see if there all drawing current...then do the opposite...turn everything off and check meters, soon will know if one isn't connected to your room.

Why did you leave Australia to come to Thailand ?
AlexRRR replied to 4MyEgo's topic in Australia & Oceania Topics and Events
Here 2 ys, would prefer to live in AU actually but im from Melbourne weather is <deleted>, looked at going north but couldn't get excited about it. I stoped working full time 12 ys ago and retired officially 6 ys ago but worked 2 to 3 days a week up until corvid, being in construction I always prefer new builds or renos with clients not living in the place, my builders bigger jobs were coming to an end when corvid hit then lot of big projects were getting put off or cancelled, <deleted>ty little jobs with clients living there was a big turn off for me, bad weather, long winters short summers no spring or autumn, while I was working at jobs I liked I was fine when that changed throw in the weather and to not work I would be dead bored so cracked it and moved here. Im bored here to but I dont get cold anymore, I dont think its that great here, but I can jump in my car and just take off when ever I feel like it and it won't cost me the earth...I pretty much live here as I lived back home, I got no issue with how things were going back in AU, if I did Id be equally disgusted. Everything is what you think it is, you create your own reality, for me I jumped when it meant I would have to stay home every day with the long drawn out winter, but sometimes I do miss an over cast day of drizzle or rain.... -
Unbelievable some of you are, relationships start and end all the time so why do you think this one will go the distance? And then you enrich them....whats the saying? treat them mean and keep them keen, in Thailand it means dont pay for anything up front, its a slow drip feed, anyway I wouldn't entertain a relationship if she wasn't employed in some way.

Actually I see Max as as good as Simon Madden, like Simon took a while to get going and even at the end he was still the best chugging a long in the ruck and around the ground, and as good as J Stynes was, like I never ever seen anyone pretty much just get better each week he was pretty much caput at 31 or 32, though Stynes rally had a off week compared to Max im thinking Max can can go around for maybe 3 more years. -

Well im not up with how the academy kids work but I think if you got them as kids legit then there yours, they shouldn't be in the draft to begin with and.....maybe a limit on how many you can take in the one year... -

Well we are back....online.......thought id rid myself of you guys but nope......Draft hype is over, so the story was always the Eagles wanted Reid, and they got him, then tried to sell off next years 1st round pick to GWS for Curtin....well I think it was GWS, but Adelaide came a calling...bit pissed we didnt take Curtin (they recon he will play round 1) took a quick winger like the one we traded for nothing to the Eagles a few years ago, and let Curtin fall into the arms of the Crows.... Never mind.....only got about 14 weeks to go, was I seeing right first game of the year is first week of march us against Rip? -
Where to find a sugar friendship?

Its all different in Thailand mate, money is high on the agenda with them here, love money and sex is all blurry, dont even think you need to advertise what you want exactly to a woman here, just get out and about and start hitting on what you fancy. Many Thai women will accept what ever your offering in terms of an emotional relationship even will accept that you are married and have family, as long as you are generous, which will help them "to have nice feeling for you", known a mi noi think that's what there called, hooked up with her fathers buddy who is loaded, she knew everything about him half his age, the car the house and the business followed but she was educated and earned a decent wage to begin with. Just get on a dating site try tinder, go on a few dates you got your criteria, enjoy the process and it will turn up sooner or later. -
Hahaha, they hear about the corvid payments etc, the pensions etc but dont realize how much personal tax we pay, ive mentioned to these people who think we are so lucky that our goverment has its hand in our pockets all the time, next time explain to them what it costs to be a home owner, a car owner etc back home, ive asked would you like good footpaths nice parks everywhere good roads all over the country and they said yes then I asked would you like to pay taxes for them, they all screwed up there faces...hahaha.

Old condo buildings in Pattaya. Do you live in one?
AlexRRR replied to advancebooking's topic in Pattaya
Your talking about a cheap shoe box, decent condo like mine 100sq m 2 bedroom and hugh balcony with partial sea and pool views good location rents start at 25,000 a month here, since mine is fully renovated with new western furniture not your Thai big C stuff 30,000 a month wouldn't be far off the mark. We are all different, I like the idea the place is mine and I have security, apart form the 55B per sq m fee per year and 600 city council tax that's it low costs with some peace of mind, I personally hate paying rent....yes im well aware that condos dont appreciate well here and I took that into consideration, bought as corvid was finishing the cost of buying in here has risen I did dropped over a million on a full reno so im still behind but then again I thought if I ever got my money back if I sold id count myself lucky, its all about how I live right now that's important to me, at my age im unlikely to pack up and leave but you never know, can always rent it out from where ever you are in the world...
