    My Wife will start to rent out a property ,she is not registered to pay tax ,so that will be first thing to do right ? So I suppose tax will be due after one year of rental and it's 15 % ,is that correct ? can you deduct maintenance expenses from tax due , like servicing A/c ,any repairs , any other advice will be welcome thanks Countryman

    I have had Solar Water heater installed for 30 odd years , hot water at every shower and sink , at the time it was expensive as an import from Australia , but now you can find cheap Chinese ones, way to go especially on a new build.

    I was watching a review of Tom Kerridge's Fish and chips in Harrods , 37.50 sterling , + 15 % service charge it was a thin slice of Haddock and 9 , yes 9 chips , the review was not good .

    Pease pudding and boiled ham in a stottie (google it ) A good black pudding , Craster Kippers, Cox's Orange pippin ,A ripe Conference Pear ,Victoria plums , I miss them all Nearly forgot , a plate of Jersey Royals covered in butter .
