Many years ago I was involved in the stress testing of a swing wing bomber. The aircraft was cold soaked for 3 days then with fuselage tied down and rams under the wings. The wing tips were flexed 12 foot up and 6 foot down from neutral. Amazing to see on a 65 foot wingspan.

That test gave the wings an extra 2,000 flying hours

I know a huge pharmacy warehouse near the school and market in Warin Chamrap but believe its licensed trade only. 

There's bound to be smaller wholesalers scattered around Ubon. A lot of them look like small pharmacy shophouses but you see cartons of stock being delivered from the shop or stacked up waiting for collection.

Earlier i found another company with a name starting with Raja in KhonKaen supplying wood working industrial machines. It was a basic site with no breakdown of machinery so I didn't save it.

My local Homepro has the netting, both metal and nylon, plus roller and seal. I haven't needed to buy frame but dare say they would stock it too. 

Assuming your local homepro is set out the same, its located near the safety equipment, various tapes etc mid way down the right wall.

In our area mangoes are selling at 20 Baht a kilo. Ripe at 25 a kilo. We have a box of the father in laws mangoes in front of our shop and sell 20+ kilos a day. We aren't a food shop.

Don't give up. Look at your local Thai Facebook pages. The ones for my area have plenty of mangoes for sale all at 20 a kilo, sometimes cheaper for bulk buys. Advertise on there.

I wonder if one of these cases is a Brits Thai wife who flew back from the UK then took a 10 hour bus journey home to my town before testing positive.

The other positive cases in my town are Thai husband and wife who worked in a Bangkok entertainment establishment before heading home. not sure if they flew or arrived by bus.

From midnight on Friday 3 April anyone entering the territory will be quarantined and will have to pay.

 

This will be enforced by the government.

Depends what quality you're after. Look on your local area Thai facebook pages. There are plenty of home businesses sewing and selling cloth type and surgical masks.

Its a bit of a catch22 situation. I was chatting with a pharmacist the other day. They said there's price controls in place.

They cant buy stock of masks as the wholesalers price is higher than the allowed control sale price.

I have friends who just drove from Sydney to Darwin. They just made it into QLD before the border closed. They had to sign quarantine forms at the NT border that was manned by both police and army. They encountered 4 checkpoints in NT before arriving in Darwin. They said there were a lot of stores on the way up with signs saying locals only. 

One of their friends also under quarantine in Darwin was visited by the army today checking he was at his place of quarantine.

I've been told by a health department official that 14 day isolation and wearing of masks in public/200 Baht fine requirements are at each provincial governors discretion.

This may explain why some people are experiencing it and others aren't.
