I like the G3 for general good health.

Ginseng, garlic and ginger. But I have researched 'Magnesium' and think it's well worth considering for those aches and pains. Sometimes there is a lack of synthesis of calcium causing inflammation in the joints. Magnesium helps 'me' with this.

Obviously can't give out medical advice. Of course for ultimate good health; visit your doctor.

"Magnesium" - a good excuse to eat a bar of dark chocolate a day (I did that at one point too!).

It's a North Korean public health official.... not Kim.

"The North Korean Ministry of Public Health's Dr. Jong Min Pak has been seated on the WHO's executive board with a term set to last until 2026."

If having a North Korean official on the WHO executive board doesn't set off the alarm bells I don't know what will.

The autoimmune disease was pre-existing in this case, so is this relevant or a distraction?

Well from what they said -----  "We identified 31 cases of immune-mediated disease (IMD) (18 Females (58%); 13 males (42%)); mean age 34.6. Only 4 of them (13%) had an autoimmune background before COVID-19 vaccination. In 27 patients (87%) there was no autoimmune disease background and patients presented with new-onset disease (Table 1)."

I am not going to read all 4 pages posted, but I am curious if anyone can tell me -- isn't vote buying illegal?

Apparently because it doesn't involve giving money to the electorate out of the "Party's purse" and instead promises money from the prospective government (which would be the government budget from tax money), it is in fact legal. So by the fact that you are promising to pay after a certain electoral outcome instead of prior to the election, that makes it legal. I totally get your point it is like handing out "an IOU note" instead of cash. Shouldn't be allowed but apparently the devil is in the detail.

  5. Have you looked into the association with bile salts. Bile salts will help reduce fatty liver and in some cases people are not producing enough (bile) so that's why they get it in the first place. Do some research and see if it seems a good fit for you. I had fatty liver (I think it was partly genetic and partly because I don't eat much fat in my diet ---> low levels of bile salts). In my case I took Tudca for a couple of months and it worked quite well. From what I've read some people say you can't stay on Tudca for extended periods so you need to switch to Ursodiol. At the moment I am still on Tudca as I only started in February but I feel pretty good and no nagging "bruising pain" in the top corner of my stomach close to rib cage, which I was getting before.  "Caveat emptor" etc. but I had to self diagnose because doctors were no help, the symptoms were  too vague ie. I always feel tired, I have a stiff neck, bruising pain under ribcage, pain in lower back etc etc. I was a doctor's nightmare! Some of the symptoms come from vitamin deficiencies as without bile you can't absorb the fat soluble vitamins.
