  15. I remember there's been a relatively recent change towards this policy.. in places like Kao Yai as resident foreigner you could pay as a Thai. I was surprised last time in Kao Yai couple of years ago had to pay Farang's fare showing work permit, and they told me that that was changed from previous times.
