  1. Applied 10th June, have been stuck on pending approval since 19th. Now on 15 working days. Flight is booked for July 8th .

  4. In England applying through London embassy ,have been working on getting o-a visa. I take that is wrong and I should be doing non imm O. The Non imm O how long does it take to do, I have flight booked July 9th. thanks for the help

  6. Sorry but the 15 times I have to Thailand always as tourist. The TM 87 do I hand in when doing TDAC ? . Will i need my bankbook , currently in Thailand. Will i need letter from girlfriend as i will be living at her house. I fly to Bangkok in just over 4 weeks to keep it less than 180 days Thankyou

  8. I will be entering on 60 day tourist visa. I have 800k baht in my kasikorn bank account, since december 2023. The non o retirement visa, i do this in Phetchabun immigration ?. Not married Thankyou
  9. I will be arriving in Bangkok in july ,I have outward ticket to Vietnam 58 days after arriving in Bangkok . I hope to do Retirement visa as soon as possible (Phetchabun immigration). Last time i was in Thailand was 2 years ago (birth of second child). I have been unable to get insurance as i have no flight back to the UK. Now looking to get to insurance with Pacific cross. Regarding Retirement visa i plan to put 65k Baht from my Wise account monthly. Thanks

  11. Thanks for help, Age 60 Phetchabun area getting married ASP 2 young daughters Will be looking to bring £50k (do i have until the end of 2025 to do this). I have not been to Thailand for nearly 2years.
  12. I sold my house december 24, I will be moving to Thailand july 9th. Not sure if property had to be sold before start of 2024 or end of 2024 to avoid tax payments.
  13. I currently have a UK address and a UK bank account, the banks in UK are recently clamping down and closing accounts on those who no longer live in the UK. I therefore need to identify a financial outlet to deposit a large amount of capital which I then want interest to be paid into a recognised Thai bank. Does anyone have any suggestions on how/where I can do this?
  14. I will be moving from UK to Thailand in July, will be getting married as soon as possible, also have to daughters . My problem is getting money to my Kasikorn account. I have Wise account. My funds are in Royal London pension and Prudential offshore, both have said they will not pay into Wise or Resolute. They will pay into Monzo, but with Monzo you need a UK address. thanks kevtheblue
  15. I spoke to somebody recently at state pensions department, my question was is the state pension frozen when i leave the uk or my 67 birthday. The person i spoke to wasnt sure but thought it was from my 67 birthday. Also said to inform them before i leave the UK which i thought was a bit strange. Can anybody please confirm is it when you leave UK or 67 birthday. Thanks
