Video is a lot different than a picture. The shop keeper is pointing at the video of a bad tourist. 

I agree with shop owner. Put tourist in jail for a couple days to let them think about their error ways.

Nope...I see tourist pick up their litter. I see Thais throw there litter on ground, beaches, parks, streets, etc, etc.
