How can an unknown person behind a locked door be of such an immediate threat as to necessitate shooting them several times through the door ? That is enough for me to destroy the defence before even going into if he was that concerned why did he not locate his girlfriend before shooting ?

The only times I go to Pattaya is for the bike weekend. When I do she Does actually say OK honey, ride slow and enjoy. That is because we trust each other. The same as when she says she is going to visit family in Issan or BKK or is going to the temple for a week.

The trouble I had with the Thai agents was When I reduced to price to get rid of it the Thai agents thought that the price was too cheap so wouldn't tell their customers the real price. They wanted to hang out for the 5% at the higher price. In the end I put a big sign on the front door with the price I wanted.

You can rent a decent auto bike on Samui for 2000 baht a month. Not exactly going to break the bank and gives you so much more mobility. Much needed on Samui as other forms of transport are a rip off. Plenty of bars where expats frequent. Just pop in and have a chat.

On Samui and Tao they have Facebook pages set up to sell things. Seems to shift things fairly quickly. If there isn't one for CM start one

Why does the posting of a genuine difference of opinion have to childish? Some post on here and to finish off their post they declare themselves to have demolished someone else's opinion. They speak very good English and have sorted out any problems I have had easily and quickly.

I am guessing the 5 million is for the lease alone ? How much is the rent, staff salaries, electric etc per month ? As said if you are needing it to make a good profit you need to work on a short high season and be able to sit out the rest of the year.

I have a friend who has a small beach bar restaurant and a few bungalows on the beach on Samui. It is never going to make him rich but he gets to live on a beautiful beach and the bar etc pays for his living expenses and running expenses. He has a small income from back home that goes into the bank for emergencies

I see lewis is driving well at Sochi. I'm looking forward to tonights Qualifying. Evidently there is a chance the screens could go blank due to the safety measures put in place for Putins visit.
