Too many of these call for begging on the net to get money for major mistake done by not taking travel insurance and it is a gamble like going to the casino and play in this case you are playing with your life or your health if you have to get to either surgery or hospital without insurance.

This is normal situation in Thailand nothing new and it will carry on forever until some kind of system would evaluate driver license to this people that can not read or write and there is a lot of them on the road  it is a bit dangerous and you will never know who is going to get you on these roads.

The no Insurance is like playing russian roulette it might happen you need it or not but for now it should  be mandatory to issue proof of insurance if a demand for Visa is done, so if any emergency happen the insurance company would have to face the claim. We all know that insurance company are there to make money and try to get away with no paying.

In North America they install tags to live stock same thing here I guess it is absurd to get that idea.

I know of a Thai worked for me and he do not read but still got his license he is very slow driving and carefully dangerous but what to expect when the only transportation mode was a buffalo.

I have seen that a lot when I was doing my visa run to Cambodia at the border near Surin I was driving my own car and fast learned to pull to the shoulder while a big transport was still on my side of the road  I almost ht the ditch,

I can of got use to thenoise into the village I was living to near Buriram the people where very nice and friendly and like it is in a village working routine it all start at 0400 am the chickens going wild and than the Hibacjhi lit up and they strt to cook rice and other food than going to the field to work.

I never gave money to Monks and although my ex partner Thai lady did and of course it was my money I saw a few onks young and older one going to Big C and shopping wearing sun glasses and nice sandals so guess where the money goes??? My ex defunt father in law left his family of seven and disappeared to necome a monk and he did come back and died at thefamily home some 30 years gone so Boudha will reward him for being selfish .RIP we burned him with no regrets.
