And here we are in Phatumtani being told to expect flooding, due to releases upstream. Bizarre.
Bizarre about the report or Phatuntani? The country is a little larger than your backyard.

A horrible waste of money. Ask a lottery player how much they have won or lost over the past 10 years playing and after they calculate it watch them weep.
Each to their own, its a
democratic,free,populist country. -
EU farang has no where to go to buy grade A quality sea food at a decent price.
Hence EU farang has to claw back to Thailand on their knees.
Why are you writing such vehement hatred in farang language?
You continue to disgust me with your hatred of non-Thais.
What is your real problem?
He is just another bent farang with a hidden problem, pretending to be Thai, is as close as he can get to his full desire of being a real Thai lady-boy.

Considering the fraud science that is perpetrated by the likes of Hanson and Mann et.al. The IPCC report which keeps being quoted as the bible is a regurgitation of false information.
All the computer models say we should be another degree warmer, but temperatures have either not changed or have gone down in the last 15 years. The amount of ice in the Arctic and Antarctic has grown. The US Great Lakes broke new records of ice, but one year is not climate.
How can the US historical temperature go down in the early 20th century and be higher than measured in the late 20th century? First, historical data doesn't change, unless modified by an agency with a flawed computer models and a agenda.
Statistical studies show fewer storms and less energy than historical norms have happened over the last years. One reason these storms seem so bad, there are more people and development in harms way.
The lesser countries are looking to cash in on a global tax bonanza, and they are just lining up for the payoff.
The 97% of scientists agreeing is another bogus lie, but the propaganda masters know if you tell it long enough and often enough it will be believed.
I want to do the drugs your doing.
I think you are doing quite well with what you are on now, if you honestly believe all bogus clap trap about global warming and the like.

The worry here is that the weapons seizures are becoming the major issue now in Thailand. Are we seeing the prelude to a western style (predominately America) gun seizure resulting in total disarnment of the population? Australia had the red flag event of the Port Arthur Massacre to ban weapons, and the USA have had many red flag incidents attempting to disarm their citizens. I certainly hope this is not the case here in Thailand, but if it is we have all been hoodwinked by the NWO. For now I will continue to support and believe the NCPO but will always have my reservations.

All the little darling Mummy's boys have far too much spare time on their hands. I am not sure how many and attend school and for how many hours, because there is always many of them at internet gaming shops and entertainment areas in shopping centres during school hours.

Thailand should wake up and understand that it is the application of global standards that a military regime is not welcome in the world. Everyone knows that. Why is it so hard for Thailand to understand the idea of application of standard throughout the world? Why does Thailand perceive that it should have separate standards? Why do Thais always want to above the world
I really think you may have it arse about face, it is not the application of global standards it is certain western countries double standards. When do countries such as America conform to any global standards other than what they dictate themselves? Why do dysfunctional countries such as America perceive that their standard must be adhered to? Why do Americans always believe that they should be global moderators, the global dictators and the global interfering maniacs?
Is it naivety or entrenched racism that makes one believe all non western countries must adhere strictly to the western principle and ways?

This is small potatoes compared to the destruction that the hill tribe people cause to the forest.
And for what reason and paid by whom?

Will the penny ever drop in this country?

I think somebody has whispered in somebody else's ear to let this slide for the sake of saving time effort and money because she will soon have a real big date in court whereby it will result in a new wardrobe in a new environment.

Then why ever morning at the American Embassy their are long lines of people who want to come to this country. Answer that. We must be doing something right.
Americas and Thais have two things in common, corruption and poor intellect, only Americans are on a grander scale. So we have dumb people who think they can make more money in the states.

more foreign scum located in Thailand, how many more are hiding under the rocks?
Ask Stradavarius37, he claims to be the resident expert on the subject of mafia in Pattaya.

Every thread "jet ski mafia blah blah blah". As if that is Pattaya's big problem.

Have you shares in a jet ski business? why don't you elaborate on what the big problem is, so we all correctly educated on the subject.
Human trafficking, drugs, mafia and gang violence, corruption and murder - your turn...uh uh uh... Shut up

Hate to burst your bubble but that happens all over Thailand. Jet Ski mafia are found only at a few spots and the major problem is predominantly Pattaya and Phuket so will always come under fire. Haven't seen any dodgy operators working the Chiang Mai old town canals have you.

The grandparents are to old to work and there is no pension scheme to support them. Most worked on the family farm all their lives and there was never a superannuation plan. Thai are generally family orientated so the children go off to make money to help support their elderly parents and in return the grandparents take care of the grandchildren. Everyone scratching everyones back. Definitely not ideal but if there is no work in the regions what can they do.
Governments should try and encourage big businesses/manufacturing to set up in these regional areas to provide jobs that way more families would probably stay together. Invest in the countries future.
It is correct what you say but unfortunately that is changing , in my village the parents are now a lot younger who themselves only will work spasmodically when they are not stoned on ya ba or lao khow. What money they do earn, they use to support their habits like phones and drugs. Usually what happens is the Great grandparents who are far from capable, end up looking after the kids while grandparents work to try and support all, which at the end of the day their is only one result, disaster.
On top of this, we live in a rice farming community so things have gone from bad to worse.
Your last paragraph is I believe the answer, there is a lot of state land available, so with the right incentives offered by the government to manufacturing based business there would be a win win situation all round. Back it up with funded community education and involvement and slowly it can be turned around.

Have you seen the Thai betting on the small red bull bottle? very funny, they buy two red bull bottles and look under the cap to see who gets the highest number.
Do it often with the missus, use any ploy to get the leg over. Never support red bull, use M150

So is AIS going to change their scam or are these business practices going to be allowed as sweeteners for big business and compromise for the suits in the new Thailand. Corruption comes in many forms, you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all of the time.

Time to stop playing Mr goody two shoes General and start taking this scum of the streets. What is more important here, personal popularity or the law to be equal for all? Name, shame and heavily penalise all of them regardless, only then will the people start to learn and accept change. There is only one chance to get this right, so if the current Thai way of me first you second prevails, the country is doomed for an eternity. To falter is normal and temporary, to be a failure is unacceptable and permanent.

I'd swear he's reading my TVF posts

A skewed ranking system. KMUTT is not in the same league as Thamassat , Chula and AIT.
No. It's in a far higher league by any measure. Research, graduate outcomes, employer recognition, international reputation.
Lies, lies. and more lies says the mute to the blind man.

Yikes - I had no idea - I regularly give these kids 20 Baht on the road next to Khaosan since I thought I was helping there families with the money - Gee I feel real bad now that I was actually aiding this trafficking...And also stupid that I did not think this situation through.
No, at worst, yours and others innocent donations probably saved the kids from a beating or worse, sold in to a pedophile ring.
